She thought of a solution to my dilemma, and then some... So very grateful - she was patient, really wanted to show goodness (and did), offered gentleness with how she considered solutions. Problem solved, hope this review prompts a raise for her, and she can offer more training advice for solutions based customer service in the future...”

“This office puts the faith back into USPS!! I moved to Liberty a couple of years ago, and I'm so impressed with the customer service at this location. Any time I have a problem, the post master (I think her name is Julie)has fixed it right away. My mail carrier has always went over, and beyond. The supervisor that calls me back always explains things where I understand. My friends in the next town tell me they drive to this location just for the good customer service. Awesome office!!”
