Did not properly replace the scratch protector on the bumper left dirt and bubbles, said the sun would remove the bubble and debris and if I was unhappy come back, wasn't very nice and professional about it either aggressive and kept interrupting me ( the manager). So.... guess what sun never removed bubbles called back and he said not much they can do that happens over time, its exactly how they installed it, manager still rude and classless... if it wasn't for the insurance company giving these guys business, there would be no business. Oh yeah they cover all work and paint just not ALL work because they installed the bumper cover incorrect and it looks terrible. Disappointing because I worked by butt off for that car and cant even have it the way it was before they got ahold of it.

I do not recommend this company! They damaged the front suspension on my sisters vehicle while it was in their possession but are telling my sister she has to pay $500 out of pocket to pay for it. When the insurance adjuster(claims adjuster) did the claim when her vehicle arrived there in July of 2025, her front suspension was NOT damaged nor did it need any kind of repair! Now the end of September 2025, she is being told her car is not drivable….. These people are crooked! Don’t even bother calling the under experienced office manager Grace, after she calls you “honey” repeatedly like you’re a child, she will hang up if she doesn’t like the manner of the call instead of doing HER JOB!

Excellent customer service!!! Professional, empathetic, great communication, and timely. They went above and beyond with the particular service we needed. The owner or manager was present and welcoming. We hope we never need to use them again but if we do, we wouldn’t use anyone else!

No one wants to have to go through the process of a car repair after an accident, but Caliber Collision made it as painless as possible. Their office and shop are clean and organized. The staff is friendly and competent. Communication with customers is timely and helpful. The body work on my car was excellent. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing car repair service.

Stay away from this place!! They scheduled me the day and time to drop my car off and I had to get a rental. They called me 2 hours AFTER I had dropped off my car and gassed up my rental to say they had a “mix up” with the parts and they( the parts) would not be delivered until next week. They asked me to return to town ( I had just left), return the rental, pick up my car ( they refused to pay for the rental for the next few days even though they admitted it was their mixup and mistake). Brian was a very unprofessional and incompetent “service guy”. I contacted the insurance company that was liable for the repairs and they instructed me to “go get my car immediately and take it to another body shop that is reputable”. That’s what I had to do. The body shop I took it to said that I was the 3rd customer this week that had come to them for services AFTER dealing with Brian at Caliber collision in Little River.

Highly recommend. Great from checking for information to dropping off my SUV to picking my SUV up 🥹 - it was well taken care of. Work was completed and I am very pleased.

From start to finish everyone was amazing. Hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time. Plus my car was finished earlier than estimated.
