Today my doctor send a prescription in to little River Rt 9.Then I called to see when it was gonna be ready. The place was at 5:45 on Saturday. They said find 24 hr service. I called they said they could do it because it was send there. Was told to called doctor resend it to Myrtle Beach 38th North . Doctor send the prescription. I called to when it would ready. Was told rt 9 CVS process the prescription so I had to pay out pocket. If it was closed did they process it. Then they me to call tomorrow CVS little River tell them to cancel it. Then the CVS on 38 th will put it in the insurance. Then I have back to get my money. I livein little River. Why was CVS closed early Dolores Bellone highly disappointed

Really a 2.5 Starā¦
Iāve talked to four different people at different times over a 10 day period. All at the Longs, CVS, I Was trying to find out why after two and a half years of using CVS all of a sudden with no changes from me my medications started being filled for only 30 days instead of the requested 90. I took the prescriptions to another pharmacy and lo and behold I got a 90 day supply for both. Every time I asked a CVS tech they said it was my health plan even after I said I was getting them before, each one gave me a different answer and you can tell they were thinking really hard for an answer!!! Two of them were similar and I knew were wrong since I called my health insurance company, the other was so ridiculous I almost laughed in his face. Why are they just guessing and not making phone calls to get the answer??
I also tried using your message through the app, which is a joke. I tried three times and NEVER received ANY response back! Why have it if no one monitors it? The app also needs some improvements also. You should reach out to actual customers who regularly use the app and get their feedback! I know I have a few.
Common sense, youāll get real answers from real peopleā¦
This store has some major problems and I have spoken to the store manager who didnāt seem to care what I was saying. I donāt remember her name mid to late 30ās, white, brown hair, approximately 5ā4ā. Cashiers are usually good, itās the techs and managers who are not pleasant especially when you have a problem. Wait times are crazy long. Usually the pharmacy but I have seen the front cashier struggle because no one came to help, looked like they were hanging out in the office, ring customers. I and many others are finally leaving CVS because customer service has become so bad. I hope you start doing better.

This is the worst CVS store I have ever been in! Shelves are totally empty. I went to check out. She charged me full price for two bottles of Tums when it was buy one get one free. Will not ever return to this store again.

I love this pharmacy! Best decision I made to transfer my prescriptions. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They move with haste and efficiency. I have never been to a CVS that was so organized. Kudos to the managers!

This CVS has been plagued with pharmacy issues since we started using it 2 years ago, today the pharmacy was scheduled to open at 10am but there was no pharmacist so it didn't open. Last straw for us were moving on, the staff will be happy since they always complain it's too busy anyway.

Sorry excuse for customer service. My wife and I pulled into this CVS because she was feeling nauseous and while she went to the bathroom and got sick, I got her some medicine and was checking out as the manager Mike was at the counter and referred to someone getting sick as ādisgustingā and laughed asked why someone would come in and throw up and then continued making jokes at my wifeās expense as if getting sick in public isnāt humiliating enough. Maybe he forgot that his client base is sick people. He obviously didnāt know I was her husband.
But thatās not where the awful service ends. With the embarrassment of throwing up in a public place, my wife rushed out and forgot a hat that holds sentimental value. After leaving and noticing it was gone we called knowing we couldnāt get back for a few hours we called. The first time it rang at least 15 times before someone picked up and didnāt say a word, just hung up. Then I spoke to Mike, I asked if someone could go to the bathroom and get the hat so it didnāt get stolen and I could be back in a couple hours. I was told he was ātoo busyā and we could come check the bathroom in a few hours. I arrived back at the store to find the hat that was left on the sink and was thrown on the floor and stepped on, the one with sentimental value as described to the MANAGER Mike.
This location has serious lack of understanding on what customer service is. I didnāt even mention it took four phone calls to even talk to someone there. Beware and donāt trust that you will get adequate service.

I just want to say- we have received OUTSTANDING SERVICE at our CVS on Hwy 9. The pharmacy has been unbelievable! My prescriptions are ready by the time I am leaving my Doctor's office! Literally, we get a text saying it has been received & a follow-up text minutes later saying it is ready!!! I know it is difficult to provide this prompt service always...but they have really been "on the ball". The pharmacist is GREAT & the staff helpful and pleasant. We are Grateful for their hard work! Our community keeps these pharmacys hopping...so CVS- Hwy 9 's ability to provide such excellent service is a blessing!
