I love this store. The greeter was very pleasant, helpful and informative. The isles are clearly marked, making it easy to find things. The entire experience was a pleasure and got my day off to a great start.

Tracy at CVS pharmacy was super helpful today. I had an issue with Tricare Prime and she worked it with Tricare until she helped get it resolved. Really do appreciate her patience and time and helpful spirit. Thank you.

Right here at Christmas, my son, his 4 month old and wife are sick. His local CVS was closed. I called mine (this location) and let me say, the pharmacist Tim as well as the guy at the register, Patrick went above and beyond! Those 2 helped me get the medication my son needed. If not for them, he (my son) would have likely sent Christmas in an ER. As a nurse, I feel we should give praise where it's due. Those 2 gentlemen deserve all the praise! I wasn't given an option to fill out a survey. I pray this is seen. What a blessing they were

Excellent customer service from the second store manager on the night shift, he and his employee helped me find what I needed for my son promptly and without hesitation. I am grateful for the outstanding service, kindness and respect. THANK YOU.

First, it takes entirely too long to have a Rx filled. Especially, a refill. 3-4 days is unacceptable. Second, they NEVER answer their phone and when I’ve called corporate they have lied and told the rep “their phones are being worked on”….every month on the same day for multiple days. Lastly, their lines outside and inside are ridiculously long and there’s how many people working in the Pharmacy (I counted ten last time I was there, yet 3/4 of them were just standing around watching a video on one of their phones). My doctor had tried to call because I need my medication and since they have now three months in a row failed to even care about anyone other than themselves and not fill my medication for one reason or another he decided it was best to transfer to another pharmacy but they won’t answer their phone for my doctor or even the pharmacy my Rx is being transferred to. This is absolutely unacceptable to treat patients who need medication in a way that could be detrimental to their health.

Horrible pharmacy. Deserve 0 stars. The entire CVS system is broken. Get texts saying prescriptions are ready only to be told they are not yet even working on them after you wait in line for 30 minutes or more. Recently went to get a prescription filled after a procedure at the hospital and after waiting 30 minutes for them to reopen from lunch was told they did not have the medication and that the two medications I was told three days earlier were being expidited were not ready, but they would expidite them and have them in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. That wait turned into an hour with nearly everyone coming to the counter while I waited having issues. This is what happens when a company is run by bean counters and only profits matter and not people. This place should be closed up. We are done with them and moving everything elsewhere.

I had to stop in cvs to pick up an online order. The cashier was not pleasant at all. Their were no customers at the time I was there, So do not know why she was rude. This is one of the reasons why I have changed my prescriptions to be mailed to me!!

Hands down this has become the worst pharmacy ever and the worst part is absolutely no one cares. If you pay attention and look at it from the outside in you can clearly see it's the definition of what a toxic work environment looks like. The way they talk to each other, the way they speak to the customers and especially the elderly. It's absurd. I challenge their District Manager to just sit down and observe. You would be appalled.

They don't answer the phone. They told me they would have my meds ready in 30 min. I waited walked back in and was told they wouldn't be able to cook it until tomorrow. Cause they don't care about anyone's time but their own.

If I could give 0 stars I would… took them 2 days to fill my prescription and even when I went back, it took an additional hour. This is my 3rd time and all experiences have been waiting on prescriptions that were sent to them 8+ hrs ahead of time.

The absolute worst pharmacy. I have received text messages that my prescription wasn't covered by my insurance. I called my insurance and they say that it is and has been covered. I have received notifications that my prescriptions are ready. When I get there I'm told it's not ready and I have to come back. Today was the final straw. Waited and waited for a prescription to be filled and I heard nothing. Called and was told it would be ready in an hour. Showed up 2 hours later and I was told rudely that it wasn't ready but could be "expedited " haha. And that I would need to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes and when I pulled up tot he window got the comment " back already? Did you get a text that it was ready"? No, no I didn't not. I came back in 20 minutes like I was instructed after I was told an hour 3 hours ago. They do not care about you or your business. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely horrible. I’m still in line 45 min. They keep blinds on their windows and open the window once in a while to help with people. 2 cars ahead of me and it’s been 45 min. Absolutely ridiculous. It took 4 days for them to process my refill and I finally got the text today that it was ready. Had to cut myself down to 1 pill a day to make it last. They need more people!!!!

People on reviews are saying prescriptions not ready in few hours...try several days. I specifically wait 3 to 4 days to give them time. Everytime I show up they say we are working on it right now. No you weren't, only because I came in. I started using them about 6 months ago and will be looking elsewhere. I would have rather them told me they weren't taking new customers honestly because they just can't keep up with the volume.
