The Pharmacy here is very slow and expensive. Dropped off prescription at 10am and took them until 6pm to fill two prescriptions. Just go to Walmart.

I think this CVS in Little River on Highway 17 should just close their doors because the pharmacy is absolutely pathetic some of the pharmacists are arrogant and they just work when they feel like working they closed to drive up door whenever they want to they take the longest lunches I ever heard of anybody taken it's the laziest crew I ever heard in a pharmacy

All around unfriendly, unhelpful experience. I wish I had seen the reviews that tell that everyone has a problem with the horrific attitude of the women in the pharmacy and I never would have even walked in.
I actually was told at 8:58, while the ladies in the pharmacy were chatting away, that they couldn’t answer a quick question until 9:00 because they are “not on the books yet” Not even, please just give us a couple of minutes while we set up, or we’ll be with you soon. A smile would have gone a long way.
When they were able to answer two minutes later, not one person looked up, smiled or seemed even remotely happy to be there or to be assisting people needing help. Their miserable attitude was contagious, so I felt the same as them, unhappy about being there, and I’ll look for another CVS to shop in where they make you feel welcome. Off I go now to enjoy my day with others that do, too.

I shopped and went to the checkout. I waited for several minutes and no clerk came to check me out. I don't use the self check out. I no one was watching the front of the store that I could see. I just left the items on the counter and left. I then went to the CVS in Calabash and the manager was very rude. It's know wonder these stores are closing.

This review is for the front of the store only. Did not use the pharmacy on this visit.
Typical CVS store in terms of merchandise, but this store definitely has staffing challenges, not sure if that’s because they can’t get any workers or their corporate office cuts the employee hours. The shelves were messy and under stocked like they have not been recovered/reset for the previous few days. The store also needs to be vacuumed as there was garbage and dirt on the floor that’s been there for a few days at least clearly.
I did get what I needed, but still they have their challenges here “.

Rx is miserable. Takes days to get your prescription filled no matter who's working. I don't understand how CVS stays in business.

I don’t understand why no one answers the damn phone? It’s so frustrating when you need the pharmacy’s help and day in and day out they just won’t answer. Just a warning don’t ever call them from 1-1:30 because…I GUESS….they are gearing up for their break at 1:30 so they will not answer. Do not waste your time. I can’t stand it. There is no way this meets the companies standards!! ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

I made 5 trips today to pickup my prescription because of the dismissive and condescending attitude of two of pharmacist one named Robin. My concerns and health needs were trivialized today. I will never use the services at this location.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service in the pharmacy department. (The retail side was great)They have delayed filling my medication, and when I asked they shared they laughed and said that they were short staffed and there is nothing they can do.Already transferred my pharmacy, do not waste your time filling anything here- you won’t get your meds.
