They took my concerns very seriously and promised to address my concerns. I appreciate how they handled my feedback. I'm leaving up my initial review so people can know that my concerns were taken seriously. That meant a great deal to me. (This low rating is specific to FNP Shannon Hussey. I experienced unprofessional, unethical, and rude behavior from this provider. So, I recently switched providers in an attempt to continue my long pleasant association with Carolina Health Specialists.)”
