“Love this place. They have both a steam room and a dry sauna right beside the indoor swimming pool. The hot tub is Ok. Haven’t actually used the gym yet. But so far loving it. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“This has so far been the best gym I’ve been to. It’s giver me the confidence I needed to go back to the gym and stay consistent with it. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice and so helpful with whatever you need. The owner himself really takes pride in helping anyone that walks through the door for a workout and that was the best part for me. I definitely recommend this gym for anyone in the area!!!”
