“We were in the market for a Buffet for a home and we came across this unique piece of furniture that was in horrible condition. Upon a recommendation from a friend we contacted Pam at The Polished Patina and boy we are glad that we did! Pam isn’t just an artist, she is a craftsman. She took an old beat up piece of furniture from the 70’s and turned it into a beautiful work of art ! Thank you Pam for taking the time and explaining the process to refinish this Buffet and all your hard work to restore it.We highly recommend Pam and The Polished Patina for all of your refinishing needs.”

“Love this store! I love places that up cycle and repurpose stuff. Patti the owner is really nice and is the artist behind most of not all of the goods she sells. Someone had posted that she sells things made in China, fact check not true, she only sells handcrafted and up cycled items. Some of the stores nearby may sell imported items.”

“Went here for the 1st time on Saturday October 4th 2025 with my mom. We were at Barefoot landing because of the Octoberfest festival and decided to look around at the stores. This was another one of them! The Christmas Mouse is a store for all themed Christmas decorations from Trees, to ornaments, a whole assortment of Ornaments as well, to plushies, to lanterns to snowglobes, and to other decorations for other holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving as well! There are 2 levels of fun! Store is organized, and has lots of items! We got a blue starfish ornament, and a seashell ornament that was $6.00. We paid via credit card. Cashier was pleasant. Will be back for more christmas items! If you love Christmas highly recommend this store!”
