It is always a wonderful experience. David Cassidy my Service Advisor is always thinking of my best interest. He talks to me like I am a friend of the family. David is honest and sincere and he is the only person I really like to work with. Everyone else is pleasant as well and I enjoy coming to North Strand Nissan because of that. David was awesome, is customer service was beyond expectation! We were not just left sitting in the waiting room wondering, he kept coming out and giving us a update on what was going on with our car. He had to order a new key fob for us it came in the next day he call us and had us scheduled with in the same week.

My experiences at the dealership is always pleasant! David the service technician has the best customer service. He is polite and knows my time crunches and gets me in for appointments around my schedule and follows through with any issues. His knowledge and kindness are much appreciated! We visited North Strand Nissan to walk the lot and see what Nissan had to offer my daughter. She saw the 2023 Nissan Rogue and realized it was exactly what she was looking for. Bobby, the sales associate, was super friendly and not pushy at all. He recommended we test drive, which we did, and confirmed we were going to purchase this vehicle once my daughter sold her vehicle later in the week. After selling her car I spoke to Bobby over the phone and completed nearly all necessary paperwork needed to close the sale in person once we could get back to the dealership. During this time my daughter found a Midnight Edition Rogue she liked more than what was on the Little River lot so Bobby had one brought in so we could continue our sales process together. I arrived the next day with no issues in processing our purchase of the 2023 Nissan Rogue Midnight Edition and my daughter is happily driving it now. Had someone contact me incredibly fast when I made an inquiry. I was able to text with the rep which was incredibly convenient since I was at work. Convenience at its finest.The entire process was incredibly straightforward. That said I knew what I wanted going in and didn't have to browse or anything. Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable.They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable.Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax.Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment.

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough good things about this place! Bobby was our sales guy and Dylan was our finance person. They were both incredible to work with! My car wouldn't be in til Friday so they put me in a car to use until mine is delivered and ready! Highly recommend!!!!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and I wanted the full safety check before I left for my trip. Dave told me my brake fluid was pass due to be changed. So I told him to go ahead and change it. Then he came back out and told me my rear brakes should be replaced. They were down to 3mm. So I gave authority to replace them.

After searching online I found the perfect vehicle. Bob answered all my questions prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was blessed to have Rich Greenstein as my salesman. Wow, what a great experience. I’ve bought several vehicles over the years and can honestly say this was by far the best and fastest experience I’ve ever had. Jon Misiewicz got my approval quickly and with great terms. I got 734$ worth of service done to my car, oil change, high beam, tire rotation, and wheel bearing. When I got my car returned the tpms said low tire pressure, so I took it to gas station to get air in the tires, one registered 22 and another 27....out of 36... got a 27 point inspection done so now I wonder how pitiful a job was done, the employees didn't look motivated and had a aura of what they have on the side is better than that of their job.

I purchased a vehicle today from North Strand Nissan and the salesman was Rich . He greeted me with and smile and like he had known me my all his life. I was very pleased. I told him what I was looking for and he got me just what.And after purchasing the car it didn’t stop there. He came out showed us how everything worked in the car and it was really hot outside but he took the time to show us how the car worked.. I was very very impressed. I will be sending family and friends to visit North Strand Nissan little River S.C.Thank you so much Rich Greenstein.Job well done.

I purchased a vehicle from North Strand Nissan a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Rich. As soon as we pulled up, Rich greeted us and was extremely friendly and genuine from the start. Rich listened to what I was looking for and made some suggestions. When we got back from the test drive, Rich was not pushy at all. He simply wanted to make sure I ended up in the right car for me and was happy with whatever I ended up in.The two sales managers up front were very friendly, professional, and willing to help. Both of them came over to Rich's office while we were waiting, introduced themselves and chatted with us for a bit.The process of purchasing the car was very quick and simple. Rich was easily one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with when buying a car. He was so helpful and so easy to work with.Thank you so much Rich! :)

No one really likes going to the car dealer and starting the bargaining process. Our salesman, Bobby Smith, made it a bit easier. Explained everything and was very patient with our questions. We were pleased with the outcome.
