“Would of been 5 star if the so called manager Brian would quit pulling his associates away that we're doing an amazing job but bc he wants the commission he pulls then away and makes sales. You are a leader lead not inconvenience your customers and associate by trying to make yourself look good. Also while watching and waiting the manager Brian was sitting in the office chilling not on calls or anything while his associates was busting their butts in the heat and very rarely gives them a chance to breathe on busy days. I recommend replacing him immediately if you don't want more issues arriving from various customers and associates.”
“Were a little busy. They were working hard to care for every customer. We are a busy beach town and it the end of the month. People ,like me, trying to get done so they can renew plates. We were offered water several times while we waited. Very kind. Will go back.”
“Everyone was so wonderful today. We drove from Georgia to Myrtle Beach when our car started giving us trouble. I looked up the closest mechanic and Jiffy Lube was it. I thought they would only be able to do an oil change but they actually fixed the problem getting us back on the road quickly. It's terrible to realize your car is having problems on vacation but the entire team was so kind they made it as easy and quick as possible.”
