“People like to complain about the postal service, but I'd like to compliment them. Specifically Rod at the Little River post office. When I arrived this morning about 9:40, there was a line of about 10 people. Rod was the only one working the counter. I waited maybe 15 minutes total. When I was at the window, an older gentleman with a cane was coming in, saw the line and proceeded to leave. Rod called him back in and gave him a stool to sit on up near the counter. I can't say enough about the kindness of this employee and how efficiently he was working. Please take a moment and thank those that serve us in all capacities! Thank you Rod for your quick response to someone that needed a little extra assistance and for keeping the line moving smoothly.”

“I moved to Cherry Grove in September and I was so upset when I learned after arriving that (because I’m living in a resort without a designated mailbox) I’d need a PO Box. Well, I’m perfectly fine with that now! The team here helped me through the process and they’ve truly been wonderful!! I have a really crazy amount of packages delivered, and I’m sure it’s a hassle when it’s a huge or heavy stack, but they’re always great about it and never make to feel like they’re inconvenienced at all. The location is so convenient, there’s always easy parking and shopping carts are always available for packages. Plus, the hardware store is open 7 days from 7-9, so that works for me well. And everyone in Ace Hardware is super friendly and helpful, too! Most importantly, it’s always so nice to be greeted with a kind word and a big smile! Kudos to USPS N Myrtle Beach!”

“I was very pleased with the service at this post office in Cherry Grove, SC. I needed to send a certified/return receipt mailing and the postal employee (LaJuana) was so kind and helpful! She was very attentive and efficient and I left with confidence that my time sensitive letter was on its way.
I noted that new postage stamps were displayed on the counter for easy viewing, and commented to her that was a great way for customers to know what stamps are available. Great postal office inside a hardware store!”
