“People like to complain about the postal service, but I'd like to compliment them. Specifically Rod at the Little River post office. When I arrived this morning about 9:40, there was a line of about 10 people. Rod was the only one working the counter. I waited maybe 15 minutes total. When I was at the window, an older gentleman with a cane was coming in, saw the line and proceeded to leave. Rod called him back in and gave him a stool to sit on up near the counter. I can't say enough about the kindness of this employee and how efficiently he was working. Please take a moment and thank those that serve us in all capacities! Thank you Rod for your quick response to someone that needed a little extra assistance and for keeping the line moving smoothly.”

“The staff are very friendly at this location and willing to help the best they can. Only bummer is that I wish someone from that specific location would answer calls to questions you may have before driving up there just to find out that the QR code scanner isn’t working when that’s the one option I have to use and can’t switch over to a printable label. So I drove to that location for nothing wasting some gas and time. I chose this location over the little river post office because the staff are more warm and welcoming. If they can incorporate a system to answer calls from people with questions, that would be a great addition”

“I want to give 5 stars to postal carrier Brandon, postal clerk Kimberly, supervisor Joanna and staff member (not sure her position) for their outstanding work yesterday in getting a very important package delivered. It was close to closing time but all these wonderful USPS workers took their time and made great effort to have the package delivered that day. I needed the package as it contained a gift for a student that I was meeting with that evening for dinner. The carrier made sure as he was contacted around 4:30 to come back and get the delivery done. A day later wouldn’t have worked so I want to commend all these fine folks for their performance yesterday. Keep up the good work-I love you USPS!!
