Went to this Subway this afternoon and employee told me he couldn't fix me a sub because he was too busy completing an inventory sheet! Really! Guess it's Jimmy John's from now on!

one of the few great subway locations!!!! i called to ask about a coupon and the woman who answered the phone was SUPER nice, and then when we went, the worker who made our 4 foot longs didn't seem to be bothered at all! very rare for a subway. i'm on a 12 hour car ride so i thought the least i could do was leave a positive review

It has been a long time since I've seen customer service this bad, but today at the Subway on Rt. 9 in Little River, customer service hit a new low. We placed an online order at Subway and when we went in to pick it up, the employee (no name tag but said her name was Ysiri) said the order did not come through. She told us we probably ordered from another store. We tried to show her the order on our phone but she did not want to look at it. I asked what the address of the store is and she said she didn't know. We were at the right store by the way. Next she said there's nothing she can do. When we said we ordered through the app and paid she said it's not her problem. I asked her how we could fix this and again was told it's not her problem. We asked for a manager, but she said the manager went home an hour ago. We asked her to call her manager and upon the second request she dialed her phone and handed it to me. The one saving Grace here is the manager, Tammy. I told Tammy what had happened and Ysiri yelled, "He's lying". Tammy was able to fix the problem. Customer service is what makes businesses successful and I'm sure this is not how Subway trains their employees but to have an employee act like this with customers is unacceptable.

Almost never more then 2 or 3 peeps on sight. But I never wait more then few minutes to get in and out even at noontime hours.Earing in area meh... never clean and soda machines never work.

The lady that helped me was unfriendly and impatient. Skimped out on the stuff that goes in the sandwich. It was the most expensive bread ever! Oh and they only had wheat bread. I thought this was a sandwich place. Very unhappy. Even though it's in Walmart, I won't be back.
