Today is Sunday June 5th 2022 and I am horrified to find that a bank deposit my husband made on Friday (payroll check), and verified on Saturday, is now missing!! This is not the first time I have had trouble with this "missing deposit" but it will be the last. They just can not seem to get it together. I don't care about their technical difficulties! Moving on! Look at their rating....3.5. That should tell me something! And NO weekend 800 number to resolve ANYTHING!!

Switching from CresCom to United Bank was the worst decision they ever made. My money is constantly missing, I was denied a beginner credit card for not having credit when the ONLY way to get credit is by getting a credit card (for someone in my situation). Someone ended up with my card info and whenever I used to cancel a card, I could get another one within 15 minutes, now it takes 7-10 business days.. are you kidding me? The app wont allow me to log in and check my statements as to where my money is going. I find myself having to call them several times a week to fix issues that they have caused. They never even offered to give me my money back that was taken. I will be switching to a new bank ASAP.

Absolutely hands down pure hospitality and great customer service! You cannot help but to be highly impressed with the knowledge, skill and genuine kindness they extend. They have my business and my loyalty! Stop by and see what I mean, they are quick and courteous, you will never want to go ANYWHERE else!!
