Yeah I thought it was a great furniture as well until now. I bought a zebra print club chair and the main reason was Mary told me how easy it is to keep clean with a damp cloth because of the material. I had this chair for about 3 months and it started turning yellowish brown on the arms, legs and back area. I tried cleaning it with a damp cloth..what a joke..not one spot came off.i bought a 2nd one shortly after the first and have not used it for fear that it discolors as well. I just called the store and spoke to Donna(who I didn't care for the first time I met her and more so now..all about sales!)She started out by telling me to use a solution to clean it and then told me I should have a professional cleaner come out to clean it. So i bought a chair being told how easy it was to clean to now having to have a professional cleaner come out every 3 months.Once again comes down to..we are wonderful when its time for selling but there is nothing we can do. Well you can bet I will never step foot in that place again!the pictures do it justice! its very obvious when you look at the chair!So i pay $725 for a chair that I was told is extremely easy to clean with a damp cloth but now i that i have 2 of them they are telling me to have it professionally cleaned every few months..or i will have to cover it with a blanket for everyday use...and they think the reply on how to clean it is an acceptable answer. Like i said....never go there again...and neither should you!

Bought furniture there and have alway been happy. Just this month the mechanism on our recliner broke and I took numbers from chair into store and a new mechanism was ordered. JR came out and installed part and recliner is great. We have light colored carpet and asked him to walk on pads we set down and he obliged. Great job and loved his pickup up truck!! We had friends move down here and took them to Waterway Furniture and they ended up buying a bedroom suite and dining room table and chairs and are very happy!!

The minute I walked in, and explained to her where we previously bought our furniture , and are wanting to add to it, she immediately started talking bad about that company telling us about their tax evasion, etc. I thought it was very unprofessional. Too much information. I won’t be back

Great shopping there. Prices are very reasonable. Their employees are fantastic to deal with, they work with you no pressure to get you to buy like I've gotten in other stores when shopping for furniture. In business since 1956 so they are definitely doing something right!

Way over priced furniture. More beachy then regular furniture in my opinion. And, unless your taste is strictly contemporary style, not much else.

I bought a very expensive chair recliner from this store. It would never recline. At first, I thought it was just tight due to being leather and new. JR the repair man was at our house at least 4 times. The chair still will not recline, the smallest movement and the chair will swivel around. This company does NOT stand behind their products he told me there was nothing he could do. Now we have called the manufacturer and they informed us no one had ever contacted them about this chair. Now we find out they lied about the steps he had taken to repair this problem.In addition: The repairman came to my house and put rockers on the chair since the swivel moves on its own and did not put the correct one on that he supposedly ordered and when I reclined my head went all the way to floor. Do not buy from Waterway if you are not absolutely sure of the product.

Over the past year, my family has bought 3 pieces of furniture from Waterway. When we were there last week, we bought a small recliner. We discussed the color and whether it would match, compared it to another chair, and we were encouraged to by the 1st. When it was delivered, and it didn't match, we moved it to a little used room and waited for the hurricane to pass. We tried to return it only to find all sales are final. If all sales are final, that needs to be on a large sign at the front of the store, not at the bottom of a bill of sale, handed to you on your way out the door.

We stopped in on a busy day not sure about what we really wanted. I asked Donna Sikorski where I could find contemporary tables. Knowing that I wouldn't purchase anything from her, she went out of her way to help us!
