Good luck getting any information from the customer service desk. She literally told me she didn’t have any answers for me and that the person that might have answers probably won’t answer his phone.

Upped out bill by hundreds of dollars. Found out later it's cause the data center is causing them to have more power usage and they passed that bill down to us. They cut my power off and now when I go to pay it they want next months bill as well if I want them to turn power on. The whole town is fed up with them.
