“I am not sure why the bad reviews below as they did exactly what I asked and did it in a timely manner. I asked for a rough estimate on sliding glass door repair, and they called me and emailed me the quote. I called back and said put me on the schedule and asked how much deposit they need. They said zero and would call me back with a when they got the parts in. About two weeks I called them and they said the parts should be in next week and put me on the schedule, again I asked about a deposit they said they would call for payment when the work was done. 2 weeks go by I got a call and said it’s all done and I paid at that time. All this was done over the phone as I was not there. I am 100% pleased. About the reviews from the other customers - you need to follow up they are a business they do the work and do it well but again you need to follow up this is the world we live in! Why give a bad review when you could have followed up as well? I am 100% happy!”
