I purchased a car from them last March. There is something wrong with this car almost every month. It's a funny coincidence that the problems don't show until after you can't return it. Smh. Get a diagnostic test done before purchasing.

These people are the best!!. I bought my Ford Edge from them and couldn’t be more pleased with my suv or Maranda. I went in KNOWING I was buying a USED car, and that used car dealerships buy them used to sell used. If the vehicle you are purchasing doesn’t have problems or issues during the time you are checking it out and you buy the vehicle you can’t expect them to fix any after problems. It clearly states on the paper placed on each car SOLD AS IS . They are not a warranty company. But you can bet they will fix issues before you buy. However you can purchase a warranty from a warranty company , heck those companies will send you a letter offering you a warranty when you purchase a vehicle I got 3 letters within a few weeks after I purchased my suv. I did have a small issue when I test drove the vehicle and They fixed it immediately ! Miranda handled all the paperwork, but the dmv was a bit slow with the tag so Miranda was very pleasant about giving me another 30 day tag until my permanent ones came in. ( DMV uggh ) I would highly suggest checking out their lot and what they have to offer.

I was so excited to purchase my new Audi. Beautiful car! My dream car. I haven’t bought a new car since 2011 when I purchased my 2007 Toyota…best car ever. I worked so hard to buy this car. I thought I had established a personal relationship with the dealer. I am a local of the area and a trusted member of the community. I also felt comfortable because they do business with my local bank. I bought a full warranty through my local bank ( this is a whole other issue). I had the car for about a week and got a warning that it needed oil. I took and had it fully serviced. Cost over 250$. That was fine. Well within 350 mile got another warning. I took it back to the dealer as warranty specified. They said they were taking it to their mechanic that is about 50 miles away. They kept it for 2 days. I was told by the dealer they had all checked and did a tune up. All was fine. I got the car back with no paper work or proof of service. And come to find out…a tune up on my Audi is very very expensive…so I’m guessing they did NOT do what they said they did. I remained in good standing and in believing that the dealer was here to help me. Again, service light came on. Took it back to dealer…asked me to bring it back in the morning. They were not in. I kept in touch. Parked my Audi for 9 days waiting for them to pick it up. Never came to get it. When I questioned them they basically said you have a warranty do what you want to fix it….so I could really get into the warranty but I don’t have enough time. This really exciting purchase for me has been not so exciting. Buyer beware. Do your homework! Make sure you understand who your lender is and what they are selling you as well. If the dealer had followed through and helped me I would have never written this review.

This is a great place to buy a used vehicle. Family ran and operated, this family have been living in the Myrtle Beach area for a long time. They got me out of a tight spot, and really cared for my wife and I.

For years they have been a 5 star dealer whom I have purchase several vehicles from. My last experience has me quite upset, dont promise something and 4 months later still not deliver. Yes they have quality cars just get whats promised before you leave.

Came into Community Motors to view a car that had just been sold.. Justin was able to find me another vehicle that was perfect for me! They worked with my busy work schedule, financing was an breeze and got me on the road. Miranda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the warranty offered and any questions I had during the financing process. Had a very minor issue pop up with vehicle that Justin was happy to help with. So far very happy with my purchase :)

This place is by far the best place I've ever purchased a car. A great family owned business that was very professional. Miranda walked me through the application process and made my financing a breeze. The guys know their vehicles and were happy to answer all my questions. I'll be back when I make future purchases.

Very disappointed in this dealership. Bought a car with one set of keys and was told by the dealership they would order us a new key and program it when it arrived. Then after we drive off the lot they ignored our phone calls and texts. I phoned and texted multiple times but never a response. They seemed like nice people but apparently just interested in selling us a car, not so much in being honest, good people.

I suggest you avoid Community Motors at all costs! I recently bought a Cadillac SRX from them. They gave it to me dirty and with a backup camera that didn’t work but promised to detail it and fix the backup camera. Several calls, voicemails and texts went unanswered. I finally called from my work phone and they answered. I was told to drop off the car and they would take care of everything. I left it with them with a list of issues because, in addition to the filth and backup camera, the windshield washers didn’t work and the brake pedal would occasionally stick, leaving the brake lights on when parked which would kill the battery. The dealer had the car for nearly 2 weeks and did nothing but put the tag on when it came in. I finally told them to leave the remote in the car and I would pick it up after work, which was after they closed, because my wife had a Dr appointment that she could not miss. The dishonesty and lack of integrity is appalling. Deal with Community Motors at your own risk. You have been warned.

They were a good help on getting me financed but I had to take it back last week. Because my engine light came on and i hooked it up to the reader and two codes popped up. But as of yesterday I was told that i would get my truck back and I didn’t and I’m reaching out to them and they don’t respond I’m big on communication and they don’t which is NOT GOOD to be a business and ignore your customers.

What a great experience we had buying a car here, they are the best and truly truly care about their customers! If you need to buy a car I highly recommend you go to Community Motors you won’t be disappointed believe me they will take care of you and get you into a car. I got my 2014 Chryler Town & Country about a year ago. Process was quick with financing. Took a few weeks to obtain title and tags, not as told. Two weeks after the purchase the A/C stopped messing up but thankfully I had purchased the AUL Warranty plan that covered the costs.A few months after, the cat converter started having issues. Claim to get it fixed was denied through warranty plan. I am looking at almost $2000 with parts & labor. I don't recommend this dealership because the way I see it, customers are buying cars with issues that are not seen when test driving or at purchase.

Miranda was amazing ! Through the whole process she answered any questions and concerns I had ! She was very fast & made sure I was pleased ! I asked them to replace the battery in the car I chose to be sure everything was fine and they did! Great people & great cars !
