This store closes at 4:00. And I don't mean some time. It's gotten so that you better call beforehand. I wish something else would put them out of business.

Store could have a little more items, shelf’s seem empty. But I must say they have a girl working there she told me her name is didi she is by far the sweetest! She helped me and my husband more than the actual assistant manager did, she was so kind and patient with us after she finished helping us we watch her help an elderly woman to the bathroom, this girl deserves a raise! Today she went above and beyond her job tittle

Everyone who works here even the managers are just rude and disrespectful seem as if none of them want to work went in yesterday asked the girl on the register where something was she said she didn’t know and had to ask her Manger because she was new, do they not train and show the new employees where things are? Also her mangers were nowhere to be found and she refused to go look for it for me

FOR THE RECORD. THE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER DID NOT KEEP MY CHANGE. HE WAS A PERFECT EMPLOYEE. HE DID NOTHING WRONG.MY ISSUE IS WITH THE MANAGER THAT HUNG THIS NOTE.This dollar general has a note threatening to round up your purchase to the highest dolllar if you do not have exact change...they claim that there is a coin shortage...There is no shortage of change!! I have spoke to 3 banks..NO change shortage...I think its strange that all fo the stores I frequent , none of them have a sign like this....just the 3 of the 4 dollar generals that I go to have this sign...WHY?.. this in my opinion it is theft..when they settle up at the end of the night..Where does all this extra cash go? Funny enough if my total is for example 2.09. They dont offer to round down. It is the stores responsibility to carry change. If they do not have change that is their short comming. So does the store manager keep all that overage money that does not show up on their end of day report? Or is this another case of a large corporation trying to profit off of covid by lying to and cheating their customers? Maybe the customers of this store should pay in all change? Buy 10..20$ worth of stuff..then empty their change jar on the counter and slowely count out their EXACT change to pay for their stuff. Maybe this will help dollar generals change problems? Then they can remove that pathetic sign.Again there is no change shortage..this a lie. Look at the left corner of the photo. I would like to encourage everyone that goes to this dollar general, and others like it with this sign to leave feedback and to also call the district managers of these stores to complain. Not sure how legal this is.....i guess i will call someone to find out, right before I call the DM. This is a scumbag move. There is plenty of change. So if the sign is signed management. Is this a statement that upper management has signed off on this and is directly involved? That would make alot managers complicit. I wonder how many stores have been doing this at the behest of upper management? Or is this a case of individual greedy store managers pocketing the overages at the end of the day? This could add up really quick. There is an ordinance that protect the public from beeing price gouged by stores during hurricanes and other events. If this does not fall under that law..It should.the note reads..."WE WILL ROUND UP YOUR CHANGE!!!!!!" . Why would a store manager threaten their customers like this?

Dollar General, where generally nothing's a dollar. But that aside, it's a great place to get the stuff you forgot at the Walmart.

Just needed some hair spray. Cashier acted as if someone made her come to work. I would drive 100 miles instead of stopping here. Don't recommend this place at all
