The employees at the Longs post office are always extremely friendly and polite. They go out of their way to help me. Especially Heidi. She is always so very nice and calls me by name. It's nice to be recognized. I like everyone there.

Observed Rod assist a customer. He listened to the customer's challenge of getting mail from elderly family out of state. He offered a solution and provided tracking. Then made my change of address a simple process. Rod's excellent service is appreciated.
