I wish I’d gotten the lady’s name that helped us. She was so nice and patient. We were at the wrong place and she walked me through the whole thing and even waited till I drove to the right place lol. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend storage wise

My unit in loris is horrible… I store all of my decorations for all holidays in this unit I went and took out Christmas decorations and put fall stuff away,.Noticed the ceiling was caving in with mold all over it and my belongings….some of my stuff was ruined and had to be thrown in the trash, as well as finding mouse droppings in my unit and in my belongings as well…I’ll be working on getting my stuff out of there this month and finding a better place to store my property so more does not get ruined…. as far as customer service wonderful, but my unit is horrible!

I really like this storage company. My only issue is when you’re late on a payment and they place their lock on you’re unit it takes them forever to take the lock off other then that pretty good company
