Christa redefines proactive customer service. If I could give six stars I would. I ordered hard to get fuel filters to be delivered to my local AA. She recognized that Saturday delivery schedule wouldn’t get them to me as planned. Called me within an hour of my order to let me know (ME not my local AA). I was able to get the parts I needed when I needed them.Stunning success! Great situational awareness combo with tenacious customer service. I like it!

The engine light came on and I went by the store. The gentleman came out and checked it.He gave me the print out of the diagnostic machine my engine was misfiring. So I'll have to take it to a dealership. But he was courteous and explained everything.
