“Great experience. Allen at carpet outlet made our purchase for carpet in our livingroom so smooth. He gave us date carpet would arrive since we chose a carpet they didn't stock and an install date and his dates was on point. No waiting and no excuses as to why it wouldn't happen on dates he gave us. Installers was very professional and did a 5 star job on installing our carpet. We had a 26 feet seam that had to be put together and not one person could find the seam that has come in our house. The seams to existing carpet in bedrooms was done perfect. Clean up was flawless and prices was great. I just can't speak highly enough of our experience and how well Allen took good care of our project. From showing us all types of carpets until my wife found what she wanted and believe me he was very patient with her as picky as she is. To coming out and measuring to ordering and setting up install date. Everything was done to a T. If you need great quality carpet and padding and want things to go as smooth as we experienced then go to carpet outlet and sit back so you can relax and let them handle it for you once you pick out your carpet.
