I just went into the Circle K right now it’s 4:05 PM and all I’m gonna say is if you don’t wanna work with people or you’re going to have an attitude, please do not work in customer service. There’s two lovely people in there right now, but I probably wouldn’t be laughing at customers or anything like that and if I was a Circle K, I would reevaluate my employees

For a convenient store that's open 24 hrs, it's locked up for the most part between 2am and 5am. Not very convenient when working late.

Quick and easy transaction with polite employee.Edit: I thought they sent me a notification for the one in Elgin. That's where I got gas. I'm sorry owner, this location is good also but I do have a issue with the store. I've been there many times and was told it wasn't any change for the money I supplied you all. I gave my money for items but wasn't able to get change back. Like I should have some credit there because you all are in debt to me actually.

Store has an amazing manager and a great new set of employees. Had a bad exp in the past with the previous employees. Has improved so much and has become my favorite stop for sodas and gas

I Went 4 times inside, back and forth, first the card reader wasn’t working, so I went inside to pay, then it did t work either, so went to tell him , then the guy change to another pump, I went again to tell him, then only have me $4 , so I went again to tell him, omg

Great location next to McDonald’s and the Mighty Lugoff-Elgin ? Fire ? Department with ample parking spaces for UHAUL trucks, trailers of all kinds including utility trailers and fishing ? boats ? and all terrain vehicles ? plus a fabulous convenience store ? with fountain ⛲️ ? drinks and coffee ☕️ to keep the weary travelers awake on the road ❤️❤️❤️

The staff here are generally helpful, the last time I went into this establishment I filled my cup with ice and bought two mountain dew's, the cashier at the time informed me of the promotion that they had with the drinks buy two get one free. I really appreciated that he did that, he certainly didn't have to. The restrooms are mostly clean, and they have an awesome deal with their e-z pay. You get $0.10 off a gallon, which with gas prices now every one should use! 10/10 recommend using that perk! I would've given them a five star if the staff were a bit more friendly in their transactions with customers.

This store automatically adds a donation to the Ukraine without asking for the customers permission! I should NOT have to tell the cashier to remove a donation!!
