“We recently moved and unfortunately, the previous owners put a hold on the address. I made a complaint to USPS about missing packages and mail that said delivered. Within hours, Abby called and let me know that my packages and mail were at the post office. It was after-hours, and she offered to stay later for us to come and pick our stuff up. Super friendly and professional, thank you Abby!”
“I came to pick up a package that was showing delivered but I never received it. I have a door cam so I knew it hadn’t been delivered. When they pulled it up they didn’t have it and kept telling me it was delivered. Elizabeth Jamison was the biggest help. She took my name and number and she tracked down my package. She called me noon (2 hrs later) and told me she tracked it down and I could come get it even when they weren’t open, she’d meet me there. I cannot thank Elizabeth Jamison enough for her help and ensuring I got my package!!!”

I feel like I always have to prepare myself for bad attitudes when I go into any post office but the ladies working in this post office were so lovely. Someone tell the rest of USPS to come visit here and take a lesson in good attitudes.”
