I went to the office and Tony took my information to call me back after conferring with the mail carrier to get me the answer the very next day. He was so nice and efficient! Thank you Tony!!!”
“I came to pick up a package that was showing delivered but I never received it. I have a door cam so I knew it hadn’t been delivered. When they pulled it up they didn’t have it and kept telling me it was delivered. Elizabeth Jamison was the biggest help. She took my name and number and she tracked down my package. She called me noon (2 hrs later) and told me she tracked it down and I could come get it even when they weren’t open, she’d meet me there. I cannot thank Elizabeth Jamison enough for her help and ensuring I got my package!!!”
