I don’t think I have ever encountered a pleasant postal service worker until I visited this post office. I feel like I always have to prepare myself for bad attitudes when I go into any post office but the ladies working in this post office were so lovely. Someone tell the rest of USPS to come visit here and take a lesson in good attitudes.

The folks at the Lugoff branch have always been polite, respectful and professional. I've never had a problem with them.

I always receive quick and courteous service at this location! Even when they’re busy, the employees always thank everyone as they try to get folks on with their days as quickly and efficiently as possibly, while taking the time other customers may need for assistance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Spotty at best. I’m more and more frequently getting emails saying my package was delivered and dropped off on the doorstep. I go out, look around the house, go to the mailbox, nothing. Then, it’s magically delivered the next day. They claim a shortage of drivers but that’s only part of the problem. The one’s they have are too lazy to do the job. They’ll drive down your driveway and deliver it if they feel like it, or have time. The sooner they complete their route, they can go home. They don’t care what you paid for shipping. Then they mark it delivered on time to cover their laziness. Don’t bother calling the Lugoff office. They don’t answer or care either.

I use to be a postal employee. I don't blame the employees. Sometimes, we need to look higher up the ladder for the chaotic mess, especially when you hire someone who knows squat about the postal system and causes mass confusion.

The lady that is always there is very helpful. She found some paper towels to stuff in my package so it was more secure, and she is always trying to recommend me something cheaper or more efficient. It may be slow, but these people are doing what they can.

Not happy! My normal mail lady delivers everything accordingly. But when she's off things seem to go missing. This is my second package to go missing. They delivered my mail without the package. I let the first one go because it was just 8 bucks. But this time something has to be done. Can't believe this!

I hate coming to this post office. We can all understand and appreciate the work they put in for us to have mail, but the counter clerks can be really condescending. Especially if you're not sure of a service or what to do. One time I had a wonderful gentleman help me at the counter and have never had the pleasure of being helped by him again. I seem to always miss him when I stop by here. If I could be helped by him every time, I'd love to come here. But I will give my gratitude to my postal carrier. I check the USPS informed delivery every morning and the paper mail is always correct and in my box around the same time every day. Packages can be hit or miss. Especially when the last time I received a package bigger than my mailbox, it was just left on the ground beside the mailbox and not taken to my front door...
