I use to be a postal employee. I don't blame the employees. Sometimes, we need to look higher up the ladder for the chaotic mess, especially when you hire someone who knows squat about the postal system and causes mass confusion.

The lady that is always there is very helpful. She found some paper towels to stuff in my package so it was more secure, and she is always trying to recommend me something cheaper or more efficient. It may be slow, but these people are doing what they can.

Not happy! My normal mail lady delivers everything accordingly. But when she's off things seem to go missing. This is my second package to go missing. They delivered my mail without the package. I let the first one go because it was just 8 bucks. But this time something has to be done. Can't believe this!

I hate coming to this post office. We can all understand and appreciate the work they put in for us to have mail, but the counter clerks can be really condescending. Especially if you're not sure of a service or what to do. One time I had a wonderful gentleman help me at the counter and have never had the pleasure of being helped by him again. I seem to always miss him when I stop by here. If I could be helped by him every time, I'd love to come here. But I will give my gratitude to my postal carrier. I check the USPS informed delivery every morning and the paper mail is always correct and in my box around the same time every day. Packages can be hit or miss. Especially when the last time I received a package bigger than my mailbox, it was just left on the ground beside the mailbox and not taken to my front door...

I have lived in Lugoff for for 26 years.Always had excellent service here. Sometimes slow when they only had one person working but the ladies are always very nice and helpful.I send off packages overseas at least once a month and they are great even though it takes longer to get it done.

delivered my package to wrong address and told me they would take care of it. I saw the mail truck and asked about my missing package and he told me there nothing they could do about it. tried to call numerous time and they would either not pick up ?they would hang up or tell you to give your name and address and they'll give you a call back later. poor service and a horrible post office

The people who work here are awesome! I drop packages almost everyday in this branch and have never ever had any problem! They even help when I have heavy packages that I can't lift myself!

The carrier crammed an oversize package in my mail box. It took me several minutes to get it out had to tear up the package. Why not just drop it on the porch. Ridiculous. Lazy.

The post office used to be a place with good service and friendly personnel. The post office was never closed for lunch. Someone relieved the clerk for lunch and the window stayed open. If you need to call the Lugoff post office, you won't be able to. No one answers the phone and you can't leave a message. I worked at a post office in Georgia several years ago and it was a totally different story.

Watched the driver show up to my mailbox and pull out both of my packages put one into the mailbox and tried to put in the other one and decided instead of pulling 10 feet into my driveway to place it on my doorstep like the other drivers have done decided to mark said package as "unable to access delivery location" in the middle of a residential neighborhood with no blockage points and leave. Unacceptable and just plain lazy.
