Our visit today at the Lyman location with Cameron was the best experience I have ever had at a wireless phone store. Cameron is a huge asset to AT&T and the Lyman location. He is very knowledgeable and quick. He was also very patient with my kids, and one is a wild toddler. Highly recommend working with Cameron.

Terrible store, manager is lazy and doesn’t do any actual work herself. Treats employees like second class citizens and expects everyone to do her job for her. Never work here unless you want a fat, lazy, disrespectful woman to attempt to boss you around for 12/hour and make you work every hour inconvenient to her. Also tells us to lie to customers and add protection and next up to every phone purchase regardless of if it’s okay or not with the customer. Worst experience with AT&T and a absolute joke compared to the corporate stores.

Went to the Lyman store today and had a wonderful experience. Heather helped me with my transaction and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be going back for any future transactions.

Danielle told us she can not transfer my mother's number to her own account. She did not greet me nor did she have an AT&T name badge. She then told me f around and find out, and she don't have a problem taking it outside. Very rude, unprofessional, and needs to be handled. She seems to be the issue, she has caused employees to transfer out of this location. TAYLORS STORE HANDLED THIS WITH PROFESSIONALISM

I walked in with my wife to see about getting her a new phone because her screen is badly damaged. There were 3 employees sitting on their laptops none of them made an effort to show us that they were there to help. It actually seemed like it was an inconvenience that we walked in in the first place. We were the only 2 customers they had! The lady was very short and rude.with my wife . We will definitely be switching to another phone company once these phones are paid off! If you have At&T try to avoid this store!!
