Out of all the pharmacies I have been to in my life this one has provided the least satisfactory service. It is a disappointment and falls short of expectations every time. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this pharmacy to anyone. One star for the rest of eternity in this life and in my next life.

I go here ALL THE TIME for my whole families prescriptions and medicine. On Monday April 21st at 10:32am I went in by myself with my 3 very young kids under 5. A white guy whoes probably some type of manager dude seen me and my kids go straight to the back to get in line for pharmacy and the man was “playing it off” that he “wasn’t following us” he seen I was in line with my kids and then just went straight to the front. As I finish BUYING my kids prescription and 1 bad of m&ms I grab my baby and hold her and my 2 toddlers right next to me and we try to leave. The man stops us and practically blocks me and my kids from leaving and asks “if we bought anything” while looking me up and down to see if I took something and out it in my pocket or something. I literally showed my bag from pharmacy and then we stepped out the way and tried to fist bump my toddlers…. I have never ever stolen and i definitely feel I am being harassed at this point. I go back in today April 24th for another prescription and a girl with neon green hair saw me go to pharmacy and then once I got in line she follows me to the back and sees I’m in line while “putting something back” by the line and then looks at me and goes back to the front. I PAID for my prescription and again I go ALL THE TIME for meds, prescriptions bandaids etc. idk what I did but they are basically harassing me at this point.

Was just in line. Was in line before 6pm and they took care of the person in front of me and shut the window in my face. These are the sorriest bunch I have ever saw from a pharmacy.

Was in line 10min until close time to pick up my wife’s prescription and they would not service me and blocked off the window. I went inside and they were yelling at me saying they are close when they were helping another customer. And I told them I was in line at the drive thru waiting behind two cars and you started boarding up the window when I pulled up. I told them I literally came from the ER and needed the pain medication and the manager said that if I came from the ER then they wouldn’t have it filled anyway. My wife was having complications with her missed miscarriage and that’s why we were at the ER. My wife ended up calling the 24hr cvs to check to see if they can transfer and fill her medication there since this location “closed” and didn’t want to service me even thought I’ve been waiting in line. But unfortunately they couldn’t because they said lyman had filled my prescription already. And even if we called the ER to resend the script directly to the 24hour cvs they would still not be able to fill it since the lyman one filled the pain medication already. Worst customer service. Never going back.

I was in the drive thru line trying to get my prescription and the line was taking a while and when I finally reached the window at 1:28 I rudely had the window shut on me for their 1:30 lunch time. This is so incredibly rude and unprofessional when you have a customer literally at the window that’s been waiting. Unbelievably poor customer care and service, will be pulling my scripts from here immediately.

CVS has really gone down hill! They want to send me text all the time about switching to a three month supply but can’t call and let me know that they are out of my meds and don’t know when they will have it?!?! Also you can’t just call and talk to someone anymore you have to leave a voicemail! That’s bull!! They also wouldn’t look to see if any other CVS had it in stock! We will be moving to another pharmacy after this!

I was the last car in line to pick up my prescription at 1:30 and they shut the window for lunch so I had to wait 30 minutes until they opened again. Horrible customer service!
