“Twice in the last 2 weeks they have failed to deliver oxygen for my husband who called and requested tanks. Whoever answers the phone does not relay the order. As a result my husband is unable to go to religious services and medical appointments without driving an hour away to pickup his own oxygen. He is on 6 litres 24/7. They are risking his life by their poor quality service. Since they are closed on weekends he is forced to do without. As a follow up. We received a call promising oxygen delivery today on a Sunday. This is very positive.”
