Dont use this Racist Post Office , people in the building are not willing to process documents simply because of there stupid personal beliefs , even though you provide the required docs according to the GOV. Website , they wont process applications and even say that the lawyer is wrong , they apperently know more than a lawyer . DO NOT go to this post office. Waste of time . Some one need to be trained or let go due to them not doing there job correctly.

LOUZY SERVICE!!!! After calling for two days at different times and no one picking up, an employee finally answered the phone. I had a question about mail that was returned to me with the yellow strip with "RETURN TO SENDER - NO MAIL RECEPTACLE." This was to a building I had driven by before. I gave the employee the name of the building and the address I got from Google Maps. I asked the employee if the building had a Post Office Box number. She said "Let me check." Before I could blink twice she said "No they don't have a P.O number. If a building doesn't have a receptacle we can't deliver mail." I asked again and got the same response. I realized that arguing with a fool only proves there are two.

Mailed all my credit card bills on 11/25/2023. All took over 21 days or more to get to destination and I was charged a $29 late fee on all of them. My credit score was 820 and now they ruined it. What the heck are they doing with my mail. MY WIFE has cancer and I don't need my credit being ruined by incompetent mail carriers.

We have lived in many places throughout the USA and never had a problem with any Post Office, until Lyman South Carolina. They very incompetent and some of the workers are very snobbish. I could go on and on. Be very wary.

-5 stars. Closed at 1 pm on a business day!?!? No drop off spot for packages. Worst office ever. Put our tax dollars to good use and do better with this place.

Monthly money orders come from there.Friendly service. Some know who you're due to mail carriers delivered resident mail.??

The post office worker Robin was really difficult to work with, I had made a mistake in packaging I don't mail things, instead of telling me how I could fix it she just said doesn't work doesn't work, took her like 15 minutes to get my mail. I can see why this post office is poorly rated. Totally my mess up on the packaging not suggesting anything other, but the least helpful person I've ever dealt with

I went to the wellford post office a short distance away with a confusing certified mail issue and Victoria was a superstar in helping me out. Anyone who does performance reviews as the Lyman office is over them, she did a great job.

If I was able to give a 1/2 star I would. SAD..issue#1 - sent an item with return receipt (the greencard that gets mailed back) Well got the green card mailed back with NO SIGNATURE.. Went to speak to them (as post office where I paid for this service) they told me they would investigate and get back to me - 7 months later NOTHING!issue#2 - Order a PO box online - got errors when doing so. However was charged the full year. Read as per policy that a refund on a PO box where the keys are not issued would be automatic after 30 days. After 35 days I opened a ticket online (a joke in itself) since it was done online. waited 24 hours and called (on hold for total 38min and transferred twice) for them to tell me they (customer service) could do nothing. I was supposed to go talk to the post office. SO ... I went.. The people upfront where as courteous as possible. I was not irate. I was calm understanding this is my first communication with them about this, they could not "find" anything, nor were they allowed to do anything as their system did not provide an option. I was told that Susan the postmaster would have to investigate and get back to me. (it was noon when I went - entire conversation is recorded in audio) They took my number and no call as of yet.I have learned that it is NOT the system as a whole truly and sadly just this location. My dealing with Greer Post Office has never had a hitch. My dealing with Taylors Post office never a hitch (when living in those areas) but this one.. my my. Not sure what is wrong.... just sad. a sad representation of one of the most local services our federal govt can offer to a citizen.

Everytime I go in here and have the lady with the short dirty blonde hair with glasses wait on me, she is RUDE as all get out and told me today that they are cracking down on a policy about priority labels. Ship date is when its scanned in at the post office. Point blank period. Last time she told me that I needed to do something about my printer bc she had to TYPE the numbers in. Call offoce depot yourself. NOW laura, laren... whatever her name is.. is an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT!

This is the worth place I ever been. For years I found that this people are lying about the rules & trying to make you pay extra money for packages.Also I received ripped off packages from angle to angle on delivery .Very bad service !!!.
