Had a gas smell and asked for team to come check tank where the gas smell was. The employees of AmeriGas came to house , disconnected my tank and left , no contact as requested, no follow up no service and most important no heat in my house for over 10days…Update … 400 pm on the day they said they would be contacting me shortly…. No call , email text, nothing… I hope this is not the level of service I should expect on an emergency call … I’d hate to see how a regular service call would work out.

Amerigas company isn’t an organized company your account can be a $0 balance then you get a notification saying you owe a bill. The representative can’t even explain why you received the bill or what it pertains. Do your research before choosing a propane company

lasted December I placed an order for gas. But you kept on giving me false date to delivery my gas. I was out and it was cold cold during Christmas I lost my trust with you all.

Called local number, took about 4 minutes before answered, then it’s an automatic system that wouldn’t take any of my answers. Finally got a person who wanted me to complete a questionnaire to give me a price. So if my credit isn’t a factor, why is my price different from the new new company. If I go ti the local store, we all pay the same per gallon, unless it’s credit contingent. Please make it make sense.

Just ran out of gas on Christmas Day. Been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks. Matter of fact it shows that I am out of gas on their tank gage. Can not get in touch with anyone. They close all of their local offices. One man they laid off was with them for thirty something years. I might not be able to get them today but . Tomorrow I will get a new gas company. I imagine they double their price for gas now that there is an winter storm. This is how this company works.
