“South-bay Auto has been my go-to since moving to Boston some 8 years ago, not only for my vehicles but my peers as well... Danny always puts his best foot forward--and is very accommodating around the auxiliary details when getting your vehicle repaired (I.e. help with rentals and coordinating with insurance, etc.) This is where you get your car fixed like new every time... they set the bar high. I've used other shops in the past... this is where you want to go... "soup to nuts" these guys'll take care of you and provide a quality of service that is increasingly hard to come by these days. “Why do they no longer have plastic bottle recycling there? Dumpsters are gone,the wood ramp has been gone, mainly because people didn't empty the plastics out of the (plastic) bags. Go figure. That is the reason I was told. How about bringing the plastic bottle recycling back?????”

“Excellent experience with the auto center today. Outsidr of their control as per company policy, they couldn't patch my used tire but they did an excellent and quick job changing my oil and discounted me for the tire trouble, making sure to fill my slow leak tire before letting me leave. Unfortunately, I did not get the tech's name but shout out to the guy that serviced a 2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid today and made sure I left safely.”
