They all seem to have an attitude problem, you can ask them something and they talk to you like you’re totally stupid. Our insurance company Aetna sent a message today and told us we needed to call our pharmacy because our medication was due, I called and was talked to like I didn’t know anything, I never got the chance to even tell her about my insurance company and medication. I would give them a 0 if I could!

I've not had a great experience. I walked into the pharmacy only to hear a pharmacist reprimanding an associate. This should have been a private matter. Pharmacy hasn't been helpful on many occasions. I shop local for pharmaceutical needs and have been very happy. Although, there are bad associates in many places....not just corporate owned.

It takes a lot for me to post a bad review. I have been shopping at this CVS for 2.25 years. I have tried to ignore how badly the managers treat people at this particular store. Tonight was the last straw. A very nice employee named Jeff was helping me optimize my savings with the coupons I had on my phone app. I was purchasing some vitamins that were marked on clearance and decided to take advantage of some coupons that were expiring today. The issue was that the vitamins did not ring up correctly. This was due to a
computer sync issue. Anyway, I had already paid and realized I was overcharged a little over 4 dollars for the vitamins. I spent about 40 minutes total shopping for items I actually needed to fulfill the criteria of the coupon. It's very frustrating to spend all that time, and then the system does not give you the discount. The manager, Brie, came storming up there and said, "what is the problem?" She was very unfriendly and acted like it was a nuisance to her that she had to come help the sales associate sort it out. Her lack of any customer service skills was the last straw for me. She actually called the police because I was asking her why she was treating me so rudely. I spend an average of 300 dollars a month there and I am also a carepass holder.
CVS used to require an eye contact encounter with any customer walking into the store. They also required that customers be greeted and welcomed and asked it they needed any help finding anything.
Now one enters CVS and there is no one up front manning the front end. If I do not want to use self check out I have to walk all the way to back of store to ask associate to check me out. I have heard that the Manning store has had a huge increase in their shrink due to theft in the past 2 years.
Roshetta (excuse me if I spelled your name wrong), if you believe that a customer that spends $300 a month at your store, and does not steal, and also has a Care Pass as a problem, I am wondering if your district manager manager would concurr?
It is your store's loss, not mine.
Sincerely yours,
A previous loyal care pass holding
customer

I don’t go there anymore because they are ridiculously slow. If you want a good pharmacy go to Super X in Piggly Wiggly. They are friendly and very speedy with getting my meds together the only negative side is you have to call them for a refill but they do text when prescriptions are ready! I just went to CVS this morning to get a vaccine had appt and everything . Literally stood there for 20 minutes no acknowledging I was even standing there the rude pharmacist was talking g to the other guy saying good morning blah blah blah so why couldn’t he speak to me. Oh well their loss not move. I will say I will NEVER go there again. Went to Walmart for vaccine they were so much faster.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is the slowest pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I have moved all of my prescriptions to the local pharmacy where the service is so much better. They take days to refill your prescription plus the line to pickup my prescription takes so long. I entered the line at 5:30. Its 6:15 and Im still here. It like this all the time. Do not recommend.

I wished that I could taken some stars away from them, especially the Pharmacy...received a text stating that my refills were ready for pickup and when I got there, the cashier said they haven't filled them and I could wait for 15 minutes, I told them nevermind...I will be transferring my prescriptions to another Pharmacy because this is an ongoing problem with this place!!!

They really need help in this store!! Every time I go in there, I have to hunt for an employee, I only see ppl working in the pharmacy, and they’re very rude they act like they don’t see you. Kinda makes you wonder, where do all of the store’s employees go?? What’s the problem? If you can’t afford to pay more than one person per shift, I think you should just close up shop.
