Hold Truck Hostage! Came to change tire, when they took of the tire told we need to change brakes if not they wont put tire back on, animals hungry for money, will be reported.

Didn't get any help with the white boy with glasses at the fuel isle who's the manger about a trucker sleeping in the fuel isle knowing if one wrong move happens that fuel isle can catch fire Its ridiculous you allow dangerous situations that can be prevented this happened on 07/13/2025

Not Recommended!
I arrived at the truck stop in the evening and went to the service shop to have them check the A/C in my truck. The lady at the front desk told me to wait until 9:00 AM the next morning — supposedly the mechanic would be available then. I agreed and asked if they needed anything from me. She said just come in the morning and everything would be taken care of. I still had time to keep driving, but I decided to stay.
I came in a bit earlier the next day to sign in and get it sorted, only to be told that the mechanic wouldn’t be there until after noon! So basically, they misled me and wasted my time.
This is a very unprofessional approach. The service clearly doesn’t respect truck drivers, who bring them a good amount of business. In the end — time wasted, nothing done.

Very small truck stop with limited parking spots. They definitely need more lighting in the parking lot. Some of the parking spots have poles behind them so your nose sticks out into the middle of the parking lot since you can't back all the way into the spaces.

On the showers app says 0 minutes waiting time. Once you reserve the shower change to 3 minutes. But im waiting for 10 minutes waiting and shows 0 drivers on queue. Updating my review. Now is more than 1/2 hour. I come inside and the cleaning lady is doing nothing.

The staff at this location was the most respectful and polite that I have ever seen. I am absolutely amazed .my hats off to the manager that did the hiring. And my hats off to the staff 100 star review. Oh and taco bell that's in the same building has the same polite and the most respected staff as well. Manning SC is awesome
