If I can give this place a ZERO review I would! I am in medical field and this is not how you treat patients! I called to say do you take Medicaid yes they do however not for 21 and older! In our new handbooks it states for people for 21 and older they get a free exam and one pair of eye glasses and mind you I have moved from the beach where I had this done 2 years ago no problem!I call and the lady has an attitude clueless about insurance and I ask to speak to the insurance lady, she puts me on hold forgets about me! I call back and the next lady extremely rude says “well I’ll put you on hold” I said great thank you! They hang up on me 4 times each time I call back! I don’t leave reviews but this practice and the old white ladies are extremely horrible!Horrible customer service, worst HORRIBLE patient service! Patients shouldn’t be treated a way because they don’t have their knowledge together on their practice!

Many times patients go to doctors of all disciplines and are told that their issues are just simply allergies or other common ailments. This happened to me several times over the past 6 to 8 months. After dealing with eye pain and discomfort, dry eyes, and watery discharge for a very long time, today I had enough. I went to the My eye Dr. here in Manning, SC where I work. Dr. Devivo had impressed me last year with his eye exam, so I believed he could help me. I was not disappointed! Dr. D was astounding. His knowledge of ophthalmic conditions is unparalleled in my opinion! He found what everyone else missed. He takes his time and you are better when you leave! Go see Dr. D

I’ve been coming to this eye doctor store for years,the prices has changed and I miss the old staff. The new ones act like they don’t know what they are doing. I went in for my appointment and I told the front desk lady my name,she said I don’t have a appointment today but I told her I came by a couple of days ago and set my appointment with a older lady who was at the desk. I even show her the card that had the date and time for appointment. It seems they don’t have any communication whatsoever and it seems they can’t do a simple thing as to put in an appointment time.is that so hard to do so? The prices have gone up and they couldn’t take my insurance. Best bet to go to Walmart,I’m sure the prices are cheaper and they will keep up with your appointment. Can’t do business with people who can’t do something simple as setting an appointment.

The receptionist was kind, the only kind person. I was ordered around like an animal. Raced through so fast I only go a few flips on each eye. My script says I can't see at night and I love driving at night. The light don't bother me , I rather enjoy some. I was giving a time limit to buy new glasses or leave my eyes were dilated people. But Hey leave go drive. But give us our money first. Never again!!! I would give negative starts if I could.

They are the closer eye Dr but very unprofessional attempted to charge me for things I didn't need nor did I ask for the are only open 4 days a week which is an inconvenience for people like me who work during the week! Then my glasses aren't even delivered at the time they should have now for people like my self who really can't see well at night I have to drive and work at night without my glasses I feel this is unacceptable! I incrouage everyone thinking about coming here not to! Mr eye Dr and it's staff in Manning SC runs a very poor business!

Since this practice sold out to Myeyedr service has been piss poor. It has become more about sales and price gouging insurance. I didnt really need glasses but some how I managed to need lens that my insurance didnt cover. They could make excuses but its a high pressure sales environment where they add all these extras and make you argue to take things off. They managed to double what I normally pay by lying to the insurance company. I wont be back.

My experience is real good it always has been it's where I get my eyes tested and get my glasses from such a nice friendly people I've been there for my eye exams etc for six or seven years maybe more

I am extremely disappointed in both the service as well as the product. Due to my line of work, I ordered safety glasses so they would hold up.My first pair fell apart and they could not fix them because of them being safely glasses. I was not informed of this. They replaced them and now the second pair have fallen apart for no reason.The receptionist made me wait in the waiting room for over 15 minutes only to inform me that the manager was in a meeting (which she should have known) and told me that there was basically nothing they could do. I also had to ask for my glasses back.The first time I called, they never informed me me I had a warrenty. I did not find this out until I went into the office. The problem between me and the insurance is we paid $800 for glasses that don’t last.I informed them of my needs. Since they are the so-called professionals, I believed they could have led me to a satisfying outcome. They have not.I am extremely disappointed in their lack of quality product, their service, unprofessionalism and lack of customer care.

Very prompt and professional. I was skeptical at first because I haven’t been in the market for glasses in a while. A sweet lady named Michaela helped me pick out a pair and laid out all of my options. 10/10 Go see her today!

I would like to thank Lenette for great customer service, I had order contact lens and they were discontinued and taking months to get them in and she was always on top of them, calling them and calling me to always keep me updated on everything. I appreciate her so much for helping me! Thank you!

I keep having consistent issues with this eye Dr. Last year my daughter need glasses they explain they didn't take Medicaid I said that find go ahead schedule the appointment and give me a estimate on how much it will be. The day of the appointment comes I forgot what time it was for so I called. They said they canceled her appointment because they see she had medicaid. I explained I told them I would self pay. Their response to that was we thought you couldn't afford it. So I still try to get her in that day but they said the next appointment would be in a month. Now I need a eye Dr again so a year later I tried them they said they started taking my insurance again ok great schedule all my children appointment I didn't know they close on Friday and these sob schedule my children on a Friday so I spoke to the office manager she said she get it right schedule all my children again and insured it was handle well I just got a call canceling all my children appointment claiming now they don't take my insurance again smh don't go to them save your self the headache

I'm caregiver for my mom whose 72 yrs.old..she's had a stroke,major back surgery..she also has an abdominal aortic aneurysm among other health issues.Well,she'd always seen Dr.Weardon but it's been several yrs. since she's been there.When I called to make her appt.,I was told Dr.Weardon was on medical leave,so..I made her an appt.anyway..her appt.was on 11/15/22..my mom is Dual Complete which means what United Healthcare doesn't pay for..Medicaid does..Well,after she saw the Dr.the receptionist Angela told my mom she owed $136.00 because they are trying to do away with Medicaid because..Angela's exact words were ( we don't get paid by Medicaid!..So, I asked her then,why after filing with United Healthcare did she not file the $136.00 to Medicaid if technically you still accept Medicaid but are trying to do away with it!..She was rude,acted as though I was ignorant, when I've been my mothers Power of Attorney since 2015! I think I know how her claims work..anyway...once she gets her glasses..We'll never ever go there again and as freedom of speech, I will deter any friends/ family from ever doing business with such an unprofessional business!
