I have been Blessed to have known Robyn, Kimmie and other helpers in the office way before she started helping her friends with their taxes. Being in a small town everyone pretty much knows everyone and they are some of the kindest, big hearted people you'll ever want to have the pleasure of knowing. I can't sing their praises enough. Always helpful and stands behind her work. Do yourself a favor and go to Prosser tax service and be Blessed.

I’ve been going to Prosser Tax Service over 25 years. I called to get an appointment, the lady that answered the phone said, she doesn’t have any appointments.She did not ask me my name or anything. Guess I’ll have a new tax preparer. I hate this.

Don’t use. Never returns calls messed up my taxes from 2016 that I’m just now getting threaten by the irs on. Beware she doesn’t claim responsibility for her work. As per the irs you are ultimately in charge so take charge and go to someone else

Has had taxes for five months. Claims she got them done and faxed them. Lies lies lies. Can't get to answer phone return phone calls and still has taxes.
