A young lady working at this business was very helpful to me. I was returning a product to Amazon via UPS. I would have had to travel to a Sumter UPS Store to make my return if a kind person named Quinetta had not patiently helped me redo my return form to Amazon on my phone, enabling me to return through this facility. I am very thankful for the assistance and will certainly use and recommend to others this business because of this employee Quinetta!

This place didn't fix my phone and made my phone even more messed up. And won't give it back to me. This place and unprofessional and doesn't do their job. If I could give this place a Zero star I would. I could have my phone in Sumter getting fixed but they won't give me why phone back. 0/10 would not recommend anybody to go there.

This place seems to be able to do a little bit of everything, from printing to shipping and even cell phone repairs on unusual phones like my Chinese Umidigi A7. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Have only used this store for UPS. Love the guys that work there. They just walk you right through the process. I love the old store feeling, right downtown and the products they sell also. Good to know they do work on Apple products. That may prove helpful in the future.

I would give this a 0 star if I could. Kept my ipad for over 6 mo. Kept avoiding me and my messages. Alli needed was screen repair. Now after 150 dollars it is falling apart and won't stay on

They had my broken Mac for 5 months and did not fix it. Throughout those 5 months they told me they could not figure out what the problem was until I went to the shop and asked for a refund. When I asked for a refund they said it was a “miracle that it was working.” I took it back home to test it out, and it was not. I called back and they said they could not give me a refund because the battery they bought with our payment was replaced with the old one, but the mouse and keyboard was not working still even after 5 months.

this store employee claims he does not have to wear a mask and doesnt know any old people, WRONG ANSWER !! “Section 2. Use of Face Coverings. Effective as of 8AM on Thursday, July 9, 2020all customers or visitors are required to wear Face Coverings while inside the enclosed area of any Retail Establishment or Foodservice Establishment, or city-owned property.all Retail Establishments shall require staff to wear, and those staff shall wear, Face Coverings while working in areas open to the general public and areas in which interactions with other staff are likely in which social distancing of at least six feet cannot be observed; andall Foodservice Establishments shall require staff who interact with customers (including, without limitation, delivery personnel) to wear, and those staff shall wear, Face Coverings while working.”

Poor and no customer service skills. Rude, condescending, flat out Obnoxious not a very good person .Total bill was almost 80,00 over the original verbal agreement.They charged me 185.00 for the replacement board that does not work. I could have gotten a new board 99% with the correct part number from ebay for 126.00. After my experience today I will never step into that establishment again. At least when I call Dell they don’t insult my intelligence. I will buy my new computer Next month from Dell
