Manning s.c tractor supply was very nasty today..something wet was thru out the floor..don't know what it was but it looked nasty...I would of said something in the store but the workers was walking and tracking it through the store..it was me and another couple just left..if you going to be nasty then I'll take my business somewhere else..

Please be aware that TS in Manning, SC does not offer the same day delivery as advertised on their site, especially for bigger items. Both times i’ve purchased riding mowers, a 46 and a 60 deck, their shotty 3rd party TS contractors show up with a minivan, or a trailer half the size needed. TS manager Craig could not answer any questions, was less than helpful, had absolutely no idea how to handle the situation, was more than willing to give me his contractor’s number for me to conduct his business for him, couldn’t reach his manager until Saturday, to whom by the way, guaranteed the first time was a misunderstanding with the contractor and it wouldn’t happen again. Sadly, no delivery took place, no future delivery coordinated, so our $7,000 transaction got canceled and we’ll shop elsewhere. I’m not a complainer, I just hold people accountable and giving the good folks in Manning a heads up! Have a great day.

This store needs to re do inventory. Drove from an hour away to purchase a blower that they showed in stock, even let me place a pick up order. Arrived only to be told they did not have it in stock. Found another blower on their site I was interested in purchasing instead that showed in stock, also did not have this blower. Please do your inventory and stop wasting peoples time.

Very rude employees that have attitude problems and when you get an attitude back they call the cops and have you put on no trespassing as if you're a criminal

We called ahead to this store to double check their rental trailer was available. We then drove over an hour to this store to rent the trailer because all of the trailers closer to us were broken. Upon arriving the very friendly staff got us to a manager who was not friendly and very short with us who after processing our rental explained that our “whole day, 24 hr” rental would only be for 6 hours because they refuse to let anyone keep the rental trailer over night and it has to be back 30 minutes before closing. We took the trailer because we had no other choice at that point. While returning the trailer we received a phone call from one of their associates double checking that we were going to have it back in time because and I quote “the store manager has us call the cops if the trailer is not back by 8:30pm”. When we got back and notified them that their trailer was missing a cotter pin to hold the ramp up, we were informed that it probably fell out because they just keep using drop in pins instead of using the correct ones that stay on. My wife and I shop at Tractor Supply for our farm a lot. We shop at multiple locations across the state regularly. The associates in this store were nice, but the manager was rude and her “rule” about the trailer isn’t right. This actually caused us to not be able to get everything we needed and had to spend more money than expected. I hope someone sees this and actually addresses it.
I did send this review to them internally, but never heard back from them, so I am posting it here. We shop at multiple tractor supplies and usually have amazing customer service from everyone in the store. The employees in this store besides the manager were very friendly and had their hands tied in the situation which is the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1.

I bought these online and was excited to receive them. HOWEVER, after having them for only 5 weeks, they are now falling apart. I do not wear them every day. One day it suddenly became painful. When I looked inside, I saw there was a hole and a piece of plastic was sticking out of it. I called Justin Boots the guy told me that he didn't think they would replace them, because they rarely do. He told me to contact the retailer (TSC). I went back to Tractor Supply and they told me that because it had been over 30 days there was nothing they could do. I called Justin Boots again and they told me to mail them back, which will cost me $20. They will look at them and decide if it's covered under their warranty. But the rep again told me that he didn't think they would because they RARELY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.These boots are UNWEARABLE now, through no fault of my own. I will send them back to see if they'll do the right thing. And if they refuse, I'll be out of $20 plus the cost of the boots.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE BOOTS. Problematic construction and poor customer service may cause you to end up with an unwearable pair of pricey boots and loads of frustration.Since then tractor supply has been awesome for replacing my boots.....same problem. two pair justin gypsy boots womens size 7. they had to have made a bad batch. tractor supply is cool and all, but these particular boots need to be recalled by manufactureri dont beleive this is tractor supplys fault, justin boots have never donr this since ive been wearing them they always last for years. but im changiung my rating to 5 stars on customer service
