Poster master aggressively slid my mail back to me cause I was missing something that i needed to fill out. I didn’t know I needed to cause it was my first time doing so.. he seemed overly annoyed as I was asking a bunch of questions. Thank goodness for the lady that helped me afterwards. I understand it’s a stressful job but it doesn’t give you a right to treat people like they are an inconvenience for existing.

What a nice person at the desk here. I have heard some complaints about the hours here, that they close for lunch but I think many places need to do that. My solution, don't go during lunch! The man at the counter was really great and double checked my package address to be sure it was correct. People in line were a bit impatient that only one person was working but again, that is the way it is now. The parking across the street is not marked clearly and being new to this office, it was surprising that you pull in diagonally.

I am disabled and move slowly as it is very hard and painful, so I let a number of people go first. I approached the white woman with no name tag and she said I have to write the address on the plastic wrapping and threw a ball point pen on the counter, then told me I had to move even though the other window was open and waiting. I watched Troy wrap and tape a package for a colored woman, go overboard on service for another gentleman of color, but wouldn't help me a bit. Told me I had Togo label and write on the plastic bag. So I go back to the first girl with no name tag on, with a priority label and she said I couldn't use that label and said I have to write it on the plastic bag and then got very demeaning saying we're is the pen I just gave you. It was in Troy s window so I get it and then she says, you need to move. After I have watched them take their time and help other customers. I see now why they have only a two star rating. Summerton isn't that far and aren't nasty at all!

Scheduled appointment for passports...showed up (after driving nearly an hr) only to he told they haven't been able to do passport photos for 3 months and they needed us to go down the street to CVS and then come back for them to help is submit the passport paperwork.
Only then to go down the street to CVS and be told they also don't have a working camera and they've been rejecting everyone as well. So there is nowhere in this town where you can get the photo done and passport submitted....and hasn't been in months....but yet they continue to advertise they offer this service and continue to send people down the street to another business who also can't help you.

Faster than I expected. I went doing lunch they had two people working. Had about four people in front of me and still got in and out in about 6 minutes.

If I could give no stars I would,what’s the point in being a deliver driver if you can’t do your job. Y’all need to hire people who knows how to do there job instead of being lazy,I ordered a package that was supposed to be sent to my house. Looked at the tracking id and it said they couldn’t find it which is strange bc yall delivered to my house before. So what’s the problem now? So now my package got sent back to the sender instead of leaving it at the post office like yall did last time. Now I’ll have to reorder. If you don’t wanna work then don’t. If Fedx can find my house how can’t yall?

Postal workers are lazy, liars. and they can't read address numbers.Worst Post office I've ever had to deal with in my entire life.If I could leave a Zero star review I'd do it!

I can't get my medication from the VA, my regular mail in a timely manner. My mail get delivered to my neighbor's box. Sometimes they give it to me and sometimes they don't. I had my wife go to the post office several times with the results no improvements.

I just have to complaints, one im tired of them driving through my front yard i do have a driveway. For two I again did not get my mail, I put in complaints no changes still shows on web site I have mail being delivered but again yesterday no mail. They expect us to trust mail in ballets when we can not get mail on a regular basis
