“Received a notice because I had not Turned in my vehicle plate and they were not showing that I was insured. The clerk told me I had a fine. I told her the vehicle was totalled and I didn't know I needed to turn in the plate. She told me to have my insurance company send them a letter to that affect and gave me the email address. She was pleasant, Professional and very helpful. I followed her instructions and was able to clear up the oversight on my part. Thank you.”
