Sadly we have closed our accounts after finding they had given out customer info and usage histories without customer permissions. I find that very unethical and unsettling.

You open at 10 and close at 4. So you can’t go before work or after work if you work a 9-5. Sounds like you have your best interest in mind not the people letting you hold their money.

Worst bank ever. Bank of america does not value its customers at all. Can't wait to close out all of my accounts and switch to another bank!!!!

I have been a Bank of America customer for many years. Since the beginning of COVID, the services have indeed gone to pot! Most interaction is now online, and I rarely can reach a live representative to talk to. Two weeks ago, I received a notification that my ATM card was compromised and canceled. I am still waiting to receive a replacement card. That is not acceptable! A true example of how bad things have gotten.

Went into deposit a check and they changed my checking account to a $25 a month checking account without my permission.

Bank says they are open but they are closed. How about stay open instead of being closed. We are not california, quit listening to your head quarters that isnt even in SC.

I'm considering changing all of my accounts!I understand the Covid outbreak but BOA closed Augusta rd. S.Pleasantburg and Mauldin before the CDC recommendations!Using Woodruff Rd or Haywood rd. Is out of the way and very inconvenient! This is not the bank that I have used for over 20 years, they expect everyone to bank online!!

Waited behind the counter for help for 5-10 mins. I could hear associates in the back talking. I said, “excuse me” on two different occasions. It didn’t break them from conversation. A banker decided to help me when he was done with a client, advising me they don’t provide change. Waste of time. They should have a sign that just tells it’s clientele they don’t help with anything other than ____.

This Bank has zero customer service and they don't care. I complained because of what they require for a non account customer to cash a check. The manager told me stop bank fraud and it will get easier. Now they have closed the drive up windows. I'm guessing too much attention was taken from treating their inside customers like criminals. Closed all accounts with this bank after 40+ years. How's that for stopping bank fraud?

Excellent customer service , they work really hard. Justin & Lauren are always so helpful & know me by name, but the branch is so under staffed. Only 1 teller & the assistant manager are the only 2 that are ever working behind the counter.

Usually ok service, but when I got there at exactly 4 today was great with "sorry you just missed it". Had to make a withdrawal over the $600 ATM limit, 2 people already in line inside, but was turned away. I understand the time, but location closest to my work was shut down. I did the best I could to get there, but they were not very personable or sympathetic. I guess that is what dealing with a big bank is all about.
