Jenny the “pharmacist” needs an attitude check. I kindly asked to speak to her after a prescription that had been sitting since 12 wasn’t filled. (It was now 6 pm) My mother had just had surgery and was in severe pain. The pharmacist would refuse to come to the window. Was talking to the tech and when the tech reminded her I’d like to speak to her the pharmacist responded with “she can hear me from here.” The pharmacist was unprofessional and had an awful attitude. I asked for her name so I can file a complaint to which she refused because it’s “against policy” ummm…mam…your name will be on the pill bottle whenever you decide to fill it. Corporate has been called and I hope this “pharmacist” gets a lesson in customer service. When I stated to the tech “I hope she treats you all better then her customers” the tech just gave me a look which told me Jenny is just an unhappy soul who makes all around her miserable.I suggest taking your prescriptions to CVS on Bethel and Butler where you will be treated with kindness and respect.

I had to get my seizure medication filled the location I normally use was out and was trying to get the pharmacist to fill it at this location and no matter what the other pharmacist did the butler road pharmacist refused to do his job and fill it

I had an urgent need and rushed to CVS just 10 minutes before closing. The exceptional staff not only waited for me, but also offered insightful recommendations when I sought their advice. Among them, the store manager, Ms. Amanda, always stands out. Every time I visit, she goes the extra mile to assist me, offering the best advice with a personal touch. Her personable and patient demeanor, along with her professional insights, greatly enhance the shopping experience. On this particular visit, Brooke was the friendly face who checked me out. Despite the day nearing its end, she was cheerful, helpful, and made the process smooth and easy. The willingness of Ms. Amanda, Brooke, and the entire team to assist even at the end of a long day exemplifies customer service at its finest. A massive thank you to Ms. Amanda, Brooke, and the entire CVS crew for their unparalleled service and kindness. Your efforts greatly eased my situation, and I left the store with a smile. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you all!!

This CVS has the most rudest, unorganized, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I understand that there may be a staff shortage or sometimes they may get overwhelmed but the described behavior has always been consistent.

The people at the pharmacy have no idea what they are doing. I have had to drive out to another cvs multiple times because they either don't know what they are doing or they refuse to fill prescriptions. They are also extremely slow and forget to fill your prescriptions. I ask what the dose was of the medication that I was trying to get she just stood there with a blank look on her face. Completely clueless to what I was asking. Went to the one on pelham they were able to help me with everything.

The pharmacy staff has always been so helpful and patient and I truly appreciate that. They recognize me and say hello, and I appreciate that! I've never had a bad experience with any staff in the store and they are always friendly and welcoming. The store is easy to navigate and stocked well.

The main part of the store is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store itself is usually kept up and very neat.Those working in the pharmacy we’re not helpful. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The pharmacist was not helpful and dismissive when I asked to schedule a COVID vaccine appointment in person after telling her I unsuccessfully tried to schedule an appointment online. If you’re this close to East Butler, I would recommend going that CVS.
