If you’re looking for a safe, fun and learning environment for your child then look no further. Family Affairs has been wonderful and my daughter has attended their 1, 2 & now 3 year old class. Every teacher has been great and the administrative staff is so supportive. I love the daily activities they do and that I can stay updated through their Facebook page. They always do something nice for the kids every holiday like Easter egg hunts, valentine day crafts and Santa clause visiting. I highly recommend!

My son has attended Family Affair Childcare since he was 3yo & he’s now 8! He has also attended the Summer Camp. Family Affair Childcare has buses that pick my son up from school for the afterschool program which I am very thankful for. Since day one, Mrs. Phebe and staff has been extremely nice, understandable, and has always made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Out of the 5 years he has attended, I have never had an issue and he has learned so much! Soon as I walk in, I am greeted by staff even when walking through the hallway. The facility is always clean! I love the alertness and security system at the facility, I feel ensured that my son is safe and in good hands. My son enjoys the activities and snacks that are provided. Family Affair Childcare deserves 100 ⭐️’s in my book! Thank you to Mrs. Phebe and staff for doing such a great job!! ❤️❤️

Racist !!!! My child was scratched by a teacher and yanked ! When I went in to ask questions my child was removed and I was considered a threat!!! Black young smart people always considered a threat when we’re calm. the director stated that since I came and asked for a meeting with a particular teacher and asked what time she comes in I was considered a threat. I’m not the only person who child has been dismissed due to asking for footage… director is rude and never have straight forward answers, she tries to defend staff she know is wrong!

Very exceptional childcare facility. My little one has attended for the last 8 months, so I have a great feel for the staff. They care for and treat the kids with love. There are ample reminders given about the late policy and payment due dates. The children are typically very happy when I go in and out. So to conclude, if you need care for your little ones, give them a call.

My daughter wanted to take her child to this facility based on several recommendations. I dropped the application off with deposit/registration fee and handed it to the director Phoebe personally. I had go get another formed filled out and took it back the very next day. Phoebe said I never gave the check and application to her. Then my daughter went in for a tour and the Phoebe told her I never gave her the paperwork. Then I stopped by to get another form and they ran out of copies and was told they would email them to me. I was talking to one of the staff I told her in my opinion that the experience so far was not a very good one. The email was never sent. My daughter then called again to inquire about what she needed to do because she was never contacted by ANY of the administrative staff after several messages. Phoebe didn't try to make the situation right only called me a liar and told my daughter that I had been rude and made a scene in front of other parents. If the administrative staff is this incompetent just imagine how they will care for your child. I would steer clear of this facility.

I highly recommend Family Affair Child care. This is a locally owned daycare and the owners are always there to answer your questions. Unfortunately I had to switch my kids because we relocated. The facility is always clean and well-kept and the teachers are very informative on things that are going on.
