Highly recommend the Goodyear location in Mauldin for getting your vehicle serviced. I have been taking my car there for about 4 years and it has always been a positive experience. The store manager Steve is upfront and honest to work with. They have never tried to upsell me service I did not need or want.

I was prepared to spend my day at Goodyear to replace one tire with no appointment. Chris and Matthew got me squared away in under an hour with no hassle! This is definitely my Goodyear location of choice for a reason! Thank you, guys!

I typically don't give reviews but my service at Goodyear auto was amazing. I came in toward the end of the day due to a nail in my tire. Steven was able to squeeze me in and was very helpful. The service was quick and affordable.

Great experience! Walked in mid to late afternoon with a very low tire. They got me in and resolved my problem within an hour or so, despite no appointment. The guys there were also very pleasant, so it wasn't drudgery to sit and wait on my car. Will definitely be a return customer.

They turned me away at 5 for a simple repair and they closed at 6 no offer to come back on another day. It was just a hard no. I felt bad for even thinking this was a tire repair shop.

Great customer service. I got 4 new tires for my F150 truck and the staff made sure I got the best tires and walked me through rebate process. Also gave me a great deal on an oil change and alignment. I’ll definitely get my vehicles serviced here again.
