“Stopped in here to check this store out, definitely wear a warm jacket if it’s cold out, it’s pretty chilly inside. They do offer a lot of home improvement and items that you would use inside and outside of your home. Prices were ok, did see some items that seemed like a good deal, I was hoping for more furniture type items and they don’t offer that.”

“We recently purchased flooring from ProSource Wholesale of Greenville and had a wonderful experience. Emily was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond by reaching out to a new supplier to obtain samples of a specific flooring we were interested in, which we truly appreciated. She was always timely in her responses, offered helpful advice throughout the decision process, and worked with us on pricing to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Her professionalism and customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend ProSource Wholesale of Greenville and especially Emily!”

“The employees here were absolute life savers. There was a scheduling issue that would have left us in an empty house without any appliances for more than a week. Jyneria Haynes from the appliance department really helped us out with getting some short term solutions together. Amazing service, would go back for more appliance help any day.”

“We purchased countertops that had a minor flaw that wouldn’t be detected until the countertops were put together. Scott and (Rocky) went above and beyond to make it right, considering we had already paid the contractor to install them. They are so fair and great to do business with.”

“We had an appointment on May 10th of this year, nobody showed up .He called 10 minutes before he was supposed to be here and rescheduled May 16th at 10 am,he again nobody showed up or callad. We sent him many texts and no answer. We got ahold of his assistant on May 16th to see if they were interested in doing the job or not. She talked with him and said yes he wanted the job, could they come out around the first of week of june. We still have not seen or heard anything from them. My wife texted Brandi this past Monday and still have not heard anything. They are a bunch of liars. Do not waste your tome contacting them. Thank you.”

“This Lowe's is a good store with good prices and helpful associates. Still wish I could reference a cheat-sheet at each aisle instead of finding an associate to ask, but that's not a huge deal.”

“The customer service at this Lowe's is really good and it is always clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they do need to hire more people; the self checkout can really bunch up when it's busy and it's nice to have more of the human touch.”
