This was my first stop at this McDonald's and it was a great one! The food was prepared perfectly and piping hot! The staff were friendly and professional.Edited because my 2nd visit at lunchtime was not good. They were supposedly out of what I ordered. But, instead of telling me, they just gave me something different. When I questioned it and asked for what I ordered instead, they were not happy about being questioned. Food was still good, but the experience overall definitely went sour.

Had an uber eats pick up for 3 sweet tea's. I had to cancel the order because no one acknowledge that I was there. The associate walked to the front to help two other customers but not once did she see if I needed help. Also she was rude to the other customers. Do better. The Augusta Rd location is far more better.

We went through the drive thru this evening and ordered a very specific order. I'm assuming the guy taking the order just didn't hit the button to add the addon, which was fine. But when we mentioned it to the other worker they acted like we were trying to get over on them. As we were driving away he had the audacity to yell out for us to "pay for it". B we thought we had. The staff wasn't even paying attention the majority of the time, they tried to give us someone else's order in the beginning, twice. Then when we clarified what our order was we had to wait for them to complete two of the items. That's not an issue, the absolute attitude about us asking for what we ordered and then shouting like we were thieves was the issue. If you aren't happy working for the company get another job. Christ.

The service was terrible, the meat was salty and when they took my order they sold me what they wanted. Then I had to wait until they took the order until they sang. I had to place my order 4 times and it is not the first time that happens to me when I order DoorDash, it is what They themselves send whatever they want.

Simple order yet the still screw it up. Didn't get my nuggets or fries. Lady in back says she has been doing it for years.you need retraining.

Depends on when you go through the drive-thru for this McDonald's, several employees have major attitudes. I had to repeat my order 5 times and then spelled out my drink. At this point they changed their tone and attitude to display their condescending feelings, instead of simply saying I'm sorry I have trouble hearing you, they display a frustrating tone and make noises like they're disgusted. Then when you bring it to the manager's attention, they do nothing, not even a simple apology. Not even one word of empathy or apology was expressed. Then my order was wrong after repeating it five times. I took the bag back in to have it corrected still no apology. When I began to take pictures of them they told me you can't do that. Well it's a public place and when I put my camera away, the employee with the pink top, trying to be conspicuous, flipped me the middle finger and then denied it. This McDonald's should be closed down. I used to think it was one of the best McDonald's I went to but again I found out wrong unless you know what shift to go through the drive-thru and what day of the week. I know Chick-fil-A and some of the other places are more expensive but it is well worth it to have a pleasant experience. McDonald's has a long ways to go to catch up to their competition and one place to start is proper hiring and training of employees. If employees treated customers like they did me today, at any other establishments, they would be fired on the spot. Obviously this employee is a direct reflection of their manager. I will be contacting the regional manager to see if anything can be done about this. Furthermore, I will advise all my friends who have investments in McDonald's stocks to sell all them or exchange them to another company.

Over 40yrs on this planet and you'd think that one time, just once, when the stars align that maybe, just maybe, Micky D's would get your order right but nope. Not today. Not in Mauldin. On a positive note this location is just as consistent as the rest in the accuracy department. While I'm glad they did get the no onion portion correct because I hate onions I myself love pickles so I ordered extra pickles on my burger. I'm sure you'll can guess what happened. Yup no pickles, not one, not even a drop of juice. There's a big debate in this country about wether fast food workers should make $15-20hr. We'll MCD cooks, you'll are probably single handly why there's a debate. You'll can't get an order right to save ya life. What's the point in having options if you'll don't even pay it attention? Does MCD have a requirement for their applicants to not be able to read or comprehend simple task. This is why I rarely eat at McD. Today was the first time In a year, at least that I've went to McD. They have to do it on purpose. Why is there an option? What's funny is if they don't mess up the customization the cashier will get ya with no straw. They are a well oiled machine when it comes to messing up your order.
