I've visited this Minute Clinic locations 3 times over the past 5 months and each time I had a very positive experience. It is very easy to make an appointment and to check in from your phone. The facilities are clean. I met with NPs Caleigh and Kara on these occasions and both were really great- extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. Caleigh, in particular, showed genuine care/concern and goes above and beyond to educate and provide great customer service to the patient - to a level that is honestly hard to find these days even at a doctor's office. I truly appreciate having the option and convenience of being able to visit a well-staffed clinic such as this one versus having to wait days/weeks to get an appointment with a PCP or waiting hours in an urgent care/ER! Not to mention the Pharmacy is always very fast as well. As with anything or any place, the front line workers make ALL the difference when it comes to the quality of services and patient/customer experience and I can only hope that CVS is taking good care of their clinicians so that we can continue to receive these services in our community!

I was not going to write anything about my visit but since I see two other people had similar situations I will go ahead. I was also seen by Bradley Sentell who is a Nurse Practitioner. I had a really bad cold and felt like crap and wanted to make sure it was not COVID and just get a check up because I have had pneumonia before.Bradley was not welcoming when I came into the room at all, I got a really weird vibe from him. I told him that I'm from out of state and have had really bad allergies since moving here. He went on a rant about how he does not understand why people move here and drive up the housing prices. He also went on a rant on how he wishes people would learn how to take care of themselves when they are sick. He told me that I should not worry about missing work due to being sick because my work should understand. He also said he does not believe in antibiotics and told me to just take Mucinex and drink water which I already had been doing. I left the appointment feeling stupid for even going in. It was a bazar interaction to say the least! Why are you a Nurse Practitioner? You sound bitter and resentful towards other human beings. Its quite baffling.

A truly awful experience. I showed up for my appointment and somehow, it had been automatically cancelled. However I could go to the kiosk to reschedule. No thank you.

I scheduled a TB test for my 87-year-old great aunt. She went and had the test administered on 1/11/24. I didn't notice a circle of any kind of marking to show where the test was done but I didn't think anything of it. My uncle who is in his 60s took her because I had to work. An appointment was scheduled for 1/13 at 1:50 for her to come back to get it read. I ended up canceling that appointment due to unforseen circumstances. I had my uncle take her back 1/14 to get her arm read and they waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes only for the gentlemen to state they were 10 minutes too late for the reading and now my 60year old uncle and 87-year-old great aunt has to come back to get this process started all over again. There was no consideration, compassion or anything else involved. I've never heard of the test having to be read down to the minute. The gentlemen used this excuse not to do his job. I am livid as I type this review because why weren't they handled as a priority. Why wasn't it explained that the 48-72 hour read time is down to the minute, why doesn't any other facility read it down the minute. I will also be making this complaint to corporate and all social media outlets because something has to be done about the lack of care for sick, elderly people.

I also had horrible treatment by Bradley Sentell. He was incredibly condescending and did not care about the reason I went which was for the possible flu but instead wanted to judge me because of medications prescribed to me by my PCP that I have been on for at least 10 years with no issue. He also refused to test me for other illnesses purely based on me not having a fever. Will never go back to this location ever again for the minute clinic.

On December 3, 2023 I went into the Minute Clinic in Mauldin, SC for answers on the symptoms I was having. I did not expect to have to defend my beliefs and debate Bradley Sentell the N.P. I went in for a service and he verbally harassed and insulted me on my philosophy of health. He made inappropriate comments about the “type of people” living in my town. I am taking this to the Medical Board with more specifics. If the rating scale went to “0” then all my unfortunate “1”s on Google Review would be just that, a zero.

I made an online appointment at the Minute Clinic for a strep test and it was a great experience. I was seen promptly by Caleigh who was a breath of fresh air! She is one of the friendliest, upbeat, and personable people I’ve ever met. I left CVS feeling so much better because my encounter with her. Thanks Caleigh!

I had an appointment for 11:10am I arrived at my appointment at 10:50am. I asked the young lady that worked there do I need to sign into the kiosks she said yes. I signed in, there were 2 people in front of me and I had to use the restroom badly! So bc I came early I knew I had more than enough time to go. I went and came and sat down at 11:03 the man with the red curly hair, said I needed to be there on time. I had a confused look on my face bc my appt. Was at 11:10 and I had been there since 10:50 he claimed bc they have ba k to back appts I needed to be there on time I told him that I did. He told me we wasn't able to move forward with my scheduled appointment for the tb results bc the time had lapsed. Even tho I already paid for my tb test I was there for the results. He was extremely rude. I will not go back and if I have to and he is there I will reschedule. I felt disgusted!!!!!! Horrible way to treat a paying client.

Typical Understaffed CVS Pharmacy. Use somewhere else if you value your time and sanity.

When I picked up my prescription today, I found out that my insurance didn't cover it. Without being asked, pharmacy cashier, Kristine Elrod, searched for a manufacturer's coupon for me. It dramatically reduced the cost so that I could afford my medication. I very much appreciate that level of consideration and kindness.

I had a 10:30 appointment. The doctor was hanging out outside with no patients for 40 minutes. Not even care that there is a patient that requires attention. Awful customer service! You might as well close down this service if you just cause more problems than help!

It was costly because of the labs, but the practitioner there is AMAZING! She is very empathetic and wanting to make sure you get taken care of.

I went yesterday and the NP Paige Baker was rude. It seemed that my presence was an inconvenience to her. I was the very first patient of the day so it couldn’t be blamed on a long day. My questions were answered in a very short and condescending manner. She barely even looked up from the computer screen to examine me. I have been to this location before with another NP and had a much better experience. The actual CVS staff in the pharmacy were helpful and filled my prescription quickly.

I signed in from work only a 15 wait time and on my way got the text saying to come on. Got there waited maybe 5 mins and the practitioner was extremely nice. Asked all the important questions checked me she knew what she was talking about BC for this was not my first go round with this issue. She was kind and answered all my questions. I have came here before in the past and honestly it sucked before. Same complaints as everybody else slow, rude, money but this time was way different that's why I chose to rate it. The cashier was nice and everybody in the pharmacy had my meds ready quick and they were nice. They made it a pleasant experience this time I hope it continues to be like that.

Do not go to this location! Catlin Bowen the NP unprofessional had me waiting at the pharmacy over 1/2 for a prescription that she supposed to send in. When I went back and told her she said “oh it may not have gone through, I'll send it again. I walk back to the pharmacy and I turn around she was running out the door. The pharmacist was super helpful, she called blue cross my insurance because the prescription was not covered. A waste of 2 1/2 hours!! Never again!!
