“I emailed PIP last Wednesday to place a rush order for business cards that I needed by Saturday. PIP responded immediately, sending me a proof, and a quote. I accepted both, and PIP text me Thursday to let me know my order was ready. When I picked my order up, it was neatly packaged with samples of other promotional items I can use for my business. I highly recommend PIP for their excellent communication and customer service. I will definitely be using PIP for all of my printing needs!”

“Redmond Imaging is the bomb! The first job they performed was to create business cards and menu boards to help my hot dog trailer business get started. At every turn, they were fast, efficient, very responsive and cost-effective. The management and the creative and production staff are professional to the nth degree! Most recently, they created signs for insertion in A-frames to help direct customers to the trailer. Due to the revenue increase my business experienced, the signs paid for themselves in less than two days. I highly recommend Redmond Imaging for all of your printing and marketing needs.”

TLDR: Simple online ordering, great professional quality and ready same day, albeit not until late. Slightly mild inconvenience of only being told "ready by 7:30". Being given a more accurate time frame would have resulted in 5 stars.
I ordered business cards online for same day pickup. Online ordering was very simple and straight forward, even from my cell phone. The product itself was exactly how I expected it and of fantastic professional quality.
The ONLY thing that was only a mild inconvenience was the inability to get a more accurate or estimated time for completion and pickup. It told me same day and could pickup by 7:30pm. However, I was working remote in the area and the store was not that close to my home so knowing an estimated time frame or even being told it would be ready closer to 7:30 or within a couple of hours would have been ideal so I knew whether or not it was worth going home after work or waiting around in the area.
I received pickup notification not long after arriving home and ended up having to wait until the next day to pick them up. I was working in a neighboring county the next morning and had really needed them, but the inconvenience was mild. The quality, price and ease of ordering made up for it because ordering them from another company online and having them shipped to me would have likely been more expensive and taken longer to receive.”

“I love this place. Everything I've printed through them for our organization has been of high quality - and it's been done quickly. They service fees are more then reasonable, and I appreciate that they don't charge crazy "rush" fees to make an extra dollar if they know they have time to complete a project in a few days. “I would recommend using Scan To Digital. They did a great job on taking all of my negatives which are between 39 - 84 years oldand putting them on a USB & CD. I chose 4800 d.p.i.l had 2x2 Negatives. The majority of my negatives I had done were Wedding Negatives and they named all of my images. They did an Awesome job and I received everything back in the envelopes I placed them in.Thank you. I forgot to send a few Negatives and I asked them if they could add these to my batch that they hadalready finished they said yes. Great Customer Service.”
“This is a great place to get large copies made of about anything that you need copies of. They make better copies of building plans than other places like Staples. The prices are reasonable and I received a lot more personal service than other places that I have used. They also make great copies of pictures, artwork, paintings, and more. I will be going back to get my copies made every time I need copies made.”

“Wonderful experience thanks to
Madison. Needed large shredding
job this last Sunday. Drove up about
1 pm hoping there would be a couple guys
to help me carry box after box into the store. I am 82 and have mobility problems.
II was told Saturday there should be a guy there on Sunday to help.
I mentioned this to Madison thinking I might need to
come back later. She said “let’s get started”
I simply gave her access to my trunk and back seat and she carried every box into
the store and completed the process.
She worked really hard and did everything with a sweet attitude and a nice smile at the end. Absolutely a top shelf experience.

“Please keep in mind that I rarely give 5 star reviews to anyone, if I could give this UPS Store location 10 or more stars I would.
This UPS Store is very conveniently located?. It is family owned, and Mike, Chris, and Christy are always a joy to work with, they are always very friendly and kind. Everyone is welcomed in upon entry, they are always kind, professional, & knowledgeable, and service is always very quick even during very busy times including the holidays. This store is always clean and organized and they offer lots of services to meet your needs. For instance, they do invitations, they sell shipping supplies, you can fax, scan, & copy, they have post office boxes as well, and if you need to return/ship things to manufacturers or stores (Amazon, Spectrum, etc.) or pick something up from there (UPS Access Point), come to this location. The aforementioned are only a few of the things they offer. I have been in picking up or shipping things out and there would be a line but the line always moved very quickly, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and I’m always in and out in less than 10 minutes even when I’ve shipped lots of packages and cards or had to finish a printing project. Plus they work as a team. They are right across from the park in Hollingsworth park. They always go that extra mile to help customers.”

“When I walked in, I was greeted with cheerful hellos. I needed help to print a pdf from my phone, then send through USPS. Jonathan and Nikki went above and beyond to make that happen for me. I had hurried there afraid I wouldn't be able to get my letter out before 5. I was happy to see they were open until 6 and right around the corner from my home. I also love that they have you covered with UPS and FedEx along with USPS. I will continue to bring all of my business here. They are the best! Thanks guys!”

“I can’t say enough great things about my experience at the print center today. I procrastinated printing my wedding programs far too long and Bill, the store’s GM and my current lifesaver, came in with a calm, can-do attitude to help me out. In maybe 5 hours he was able to turn around 85 custom size (11x4.5”), thick paper programs. They look perfect and as you can see in the photo, Bill even brought a personal touch with the kind note on our receipt.
The little things go a long way - I will absolutely be coming back to this store for all printing/office supply needs in the future”
